The only call I received with the phrase, "will you pick it up?". when I asked if my device had been repaired, Ekaterina replied that she did not know why she was not at the computer! As a person who works in the service sector, I believe that this statement towards the guest is unacceptable. If possible, I would like to contact the management because the vacuum cleaner is still not with me, and the staff does not give a clear answer.

After our call with a claim about the intention to complain, we received a second call from the service, where we were informed that the engine was not actually broken, but only one spare part needed to be replaced, and this turned out to be a warranty case already. Although there was no warranty case before that. As a result, instead of 350 bel. rubles, we paid only 40 bel. rubles for the repair of knives only! ( which also could not be replaced , but simply equalized ) I want to warn everyone: do not trust this service! They are trying to deceive customers and extort money. Be careful and check the information before agreeing to repair them! Write the number where you want to send the order number !
