It's a terrible place. Not only was the application completed at the wrong time, but they also lost their shoes. It's good that we found it. The director actually began to threaten when I took the book of comments and suggestions.

They do not repair shoes, but break and tear even more. But they don't hesitate to set a price that is far from cheap. I handed over autumn shoes (the heel came off), and as a result they glued it so that the whole suede was smeared with glue and broke part of it during repair.
In winter, I handed over my boots to glue, they got wet. They glued it so that all the skin peeled off, and they began to leak even more.
Although 1.5 years ago they did it very well. Apparently the master has changed.

They repaired my bag for two weeks, but as it turned out later, they didn't even start making it. The master spoke rudely to me. No service, 0 customer orientation, and we haven't done anything yet. I'm very upset and I don't recommend it! Take care of your clothes and nerves, do not contact here

They make repairs very carefully and thoroughly. I sewed in three backs, sealed up the scuffed toe of the shoe and the hole at the junction of the sole and the shoe - everything looks great.
