Many thanks to the workshop for the excellent work! I brought my favorite sneakers for repair, the inner back of which was completely worn off. We did everything quickly and efficiently: we replaced the worn part and sewed it up carefully, almost imperceptibly. Now the shoes are as good as new again, and it's a pleasure to wear them. Cool shoe workshop. The backs of the sneakers were changed and the seam was stitched in the winter boots, which parted. Neat, fast, inexpensive. Before this workshop, they contacted others, where they offered solutions that were worse and more expensive.

The first interaction with the organization takes place through people, namely through a person who accepts the product for repair and listens to the customer's wishes. In my case, this experience is negative: a raised tone, accusations, challenging truthful information together with colleagues in my presence. I lower my rating for the human factor, after such a service, there is simply no desire to return or, moreover, recommend this workshop!! Despite the quality of the services provided
