I always went to this workshop, they do it well. But the woman at the shoe reception killed all desire to come here. She was rude, she said that I would hand over my shoes to her in parallel or not. First, she took a number to call and offer repair options when she checked with the master, then she said to come (she refused to call). In general, customer orientation is at the highest level.
