RUINED the heels. I gave it back on Thursday. They promised to touch up by Tuesday. On Tuesday they said, "We forgot, come back on Wednesday." I came on Wednesday - my heels were smeared with something incomprehensible, wet and dirty, it's unclear how to pick them up. They also promised to glue the sole, they forgot again. They say, "Come on Thursday, we'll do everything." As a result, the heels are smeared with something unclear where it is not necessary. I took the shoes and tried to wipe them off myself, but it didn't work out completely. I highly DO NOT recommend this place!
