They brought two pairs of ankle boots to the workshop (I chose them for a long time based on reviews, because I wear shoes carefully and shoes are not cheap), the master "sang that he would do the best and supply Italian polyurethane", they gave 50 rubles in advance (they would have given more, because it is fundamentally important to get nice and neat at the exit) as a result, the pads were nailed on (although they were not warned about this at first), the polyurethane was crookedly cut, and the second pair of ankle boots had a lighter color than the heel. We'll have to redo everything, the mood is ruined. I definitely do not recommend this workshop.

Excellent workshop and responsive craftsman. If I have complicated shoe repairs, I always contact this workshop, although I don't live nearby, but it's worth it. I handed over two pairs of shoes to replace the pads. He asked what kind of seals, what quality. There was a statement from the master, "Don't worry, we'll do everything in the best possible way. The seals will be Italian, and that will be 50 BYN. I handed in the shoes on 29.08, picked them up on 02.09. And was a little shocked by the quality. On one pair, the VIAL seals (RB) don't look good. On the second pair, the pads are not in the color of the heel, they are cut off carelessly, they didn't even bother to wipe their shoes after work, the heel is stained with something greasy. Everything is smartly nailed (photo attached). I would be happy to pay more and wait longer, but that the work would be done really well. To sum up: the quality is questionable, they work for speed and flow. We'll have to look for a better service and redo it. There is no question of any high rating.
