Dear management! I have been serviced in your studio for 2 years until today, and I recommended it to all my friends. But today's incident has put an end to this.
There are 2 craftsmen working in the studio. There are no questions for an older master, the work has always been done in good faith and on time.
But the second master, a young girl, behaved in such a way today that it crossed out all my good attitude towards your atelier.
On Monday, May 20, I brought a fabric to the studio and asked to sew a cover for a street swing, according to the sample that I had, as well as a tablecloth made of the same fabric. The fabric was previously calculated with the master, everything was agreed upon. The order was supposed to be completed by today, May 24th.
In the morning, the master called me, said that the fabric was not enough. I was next to her, I went up to her right away.
We did the calculations together, the fabric was really missing 10 cm. I asked to use the fabric that was planned for the tablecloth, behaved correctly and was absolutely friendly, was ready to buy fabric if needed, and even increase the production time.
But the young master began to behave extremely inappropriately - she said that she did not want to make my case, she did not need this work, she would do nothing, contact another place.
Then she generally began to raise her voice and tell me extremely unpleasant things, literally - "you make me shake", although I did not give her any reason to say this at all, I was as correct as possible and tried to help her with calculations.
At the same time, my sample case, according to which it was necessary to make an order, she had previously completely ripped and torn.
As a result, the fabric lay in the studio for 5 days, and also my case is no longer usable.

Such behavior on the part of the master is unacceptable in the field of public services, and just like a human being, I have an extremely negative aftertaste from her words and insults.

Good craftsmen work. There are no questions about the work. But there is a huge gap in the attitude towards customers. The older woman (if I'm not mistaken, Ivanovna) is cultured, well-mannered and a professional in her field! Thank her very much!
And the older lady is still a fruit! Treats customers disgustingly, as if doing a favor, behaving brazenly and lying. And even if she is wrong, she continues to bend her line. In general, success with this approach!
It is worth contacting only in one case, when an older woman works alone!

I took my winter shoes for repair a year ago. We pasted prevention on the sole and heel, which was worn out in 1.5 months. This fall, I took the same shoes again. Glued heels made of plastic. It is impossible to walk - they rattle. I will not apply here again. I will go to a place where normal materials are used, even if repairs will be more expensive.
