We assured them that everything would be fine and that they could pick up the completed order tomorrow. I said in advance that the down jacket is expensive, I would like to see a high-quality result. I still haven't figured out how to evaluate what they've done. The zipper is crookedly sewn, when they started discussing the need to redo it anyway, they came to the conclusion that if you cut it, holes would remain in the fabric. They even offered to cut off the cover with the buttons to close the holes and make everything look divine. It doesn't add up in my mind how one day you could ruin a thing so that you have to cut something from somewhere to fix the master's jamb. But most of all, I liked the reaction of the master, "Don't worry, there are much worse situations in life." I want to know if everyone is sane in this place. It takes a lot of effort to ruin an $800 item in one day and make an idiot out of a customer.

The wife looked, laughed, said, there are not only blind, but also stupid, they stitched your facial seam from the inside out, i.e. where the typewriter is scribbling from above, they put it on the bottom. I see, for sure, the seam is just perfect from the inside out! In short, do not get involved if it is essential for you to preserve the original appearance of your thing.
