Many thanks to the bus station staff for their professional approach and customer care! We arrived with a problem — the alternator belt broke. They accepted it immediately, quickly replaced the belt, but they did not stop there: the craftsmen found the cause of the breakdown, promptly ordered the necessary spare part and installed it. Everything was done clearly, without delay!
Special thanks for the human attitude: while the renovation was underway, it was very cold outside, and the staff did not remain indifferent — they offered to give us a ride to a cafe to warm up and have a snack. This level of service and attention to detail is rare!
