To be honest, this is the first time I'm writing a review, but I'm writing because I'm in complete shock… I am shocked that in our time there are such honest, decent and dedicated people! I will explain the situation: water got into our vertical vacuum cleaner dreame, the vacuum cleaner began to live its life, it was buggy, so I urgently began to look for service centers, wrote to the guys on Instagram, they said to immediately get the battery and said that I could bring the vacuum cleaner, it was too late and I doubted that anyone would be able to have it with us take it, and here they are!! The next day the vacuum cleaner was already ready, cleaned of moisture, moreover, the masters showed a video / photo of how it was disassembled, showed what the problem was, besides, the price eventually turned out to be sooo pleasant! Thank you guys for your efficiency, honesty, success and prosperity!

They wrote to me about the engine model, they said that I could purchase it myself, and then they could replace it. I paid for the diagnostics. Thanks for the help!

A ten-star workshop. I gave the robot vacuum cleaner to another place, they diagnosed it for a week, repaired it for a month, then one was broken, then another, left-wing services were imposed, as a result, they gave it away without a description of the breakdown. I brought it to this workshop. After 3 days they returned safe and sound. They just disassembled, serviced, did not find faulty equipment, and put it back together. Tested, it works. They didn't take the money. I think it's worth spending time on the train here across the city, but fixing the equipment is more than ten times more time wasted
