At first I rang, they said send it - we will fix it, the price is 450 - 500 UAH. I sent it, after 5 days I received a working camera, with the wishes not to update the firmware on my own anymore. I won't do it anymore! Thanks to the Master.

I rate the repair service at 4+. The steam generator was repaired, the price is acceptable (as a bonus, the repair was cleaned), the master is polite, and all the staff is pleasant. The deadline was a little disappointing, they repaired it for 5 working days (with 7 days off), they explained the workload.

We have contacted you about the repair of the optoma projector. Replacing a compatible lamp cost three!!! three times cheaper than the original replacement was offered. We are satisfied, everything works, the picture is excellent. The difference between the compatible lamp and the original was not noticed.
