I contacted this company to repair the washing machine. The work was done by a master named Temur. After the renovation was completed and he left the apartment, he began sending me personal messages with inappropriate content: "You are very beautiful," "I would bite you gently," "If you want, I can come back."
When we complained to the company, they denied Temur's involvement in these reports. However, after calling the district police officer, Temur admitted his guilt.
I consider such behavior to be absolutely unacceptable, especially in a situation where a client is left alone with an employee at home.
I strongly recommend not contacting this company for your own safety.
