This is a very nice restaurant. I highly recommend it for breakfast or dessert and coffee. It has many options and its seating and atmosphere are wonderful. I have a comment about some of the employees. They are late in taking orders and are unfriendly.

I’ve been here twice. The first time, I was overcharged. The second time, the waitresses were rude. On both visits, it took far too long to take my order. If you’re not Russian, expect to feel unwelcome — it was made quite obvious. That said, the food is good, and the tarts are excellent.

If there is less than one star in will give it . The waiters are rude, they seem racist and they don’t care about their customers at all. We went inside wet from the rain and they didn’t even look at us, when we asked for a table they refused to let us sit saying it was reserved, we said we have a reservation and they said they “couldn’t find it”. He brought the cup of coffee and spilled it he did not care to say sorry or to changed it or at least to wiped the cup. I don’t recommend at all because of there attitude and behavior.
