I placed an order through a basket of brake discs and pads for a Toyota solara. The manager called back and said that I had not chosen the parts correctly and they did not fit my car. She helped me pick out the details. I trusted the "specialist". I took the order, drove the car to the service station. I arrived home and got a call from the service station. The car was disassembled, but my spare parts don't fit. The spare parts that I wanted to order on my own would be suitable. When I called the "specialist" who did not correctly select the spare parts for me, I did not hear anything intelligible. She offered me discs from another manufacturer. I refused. After a while, the specialist called me back and said that he was calling for my new order, which I refused, but for some reason the previous specialist issued it anyway. He described the situation. About the inconvenience that their incompetent specialist caused me. I was offered to order the same parts that I originally wanted to order. They are suitable and there will be no problems. And the fact that I have to find and spend time and money to go to the service station, pick up unsuitable parts, bring these parts and return them without a car that took the lift to the service station. Then wait for the new ones to arrive. Bring them back to the hundred. And then either wait until the brake system is assembled. Or leave and come back for a car. According to the managers, this is normal. I heard in justification that the girl is a "specialist" just not experienced. Bring the spare parts that did not fit - we will refund the money.
