Seven months ago, I went to a Zigzag store and bought a robot vacuum cleaner, where I was offered a one-year warranty card. After I used this vacuum cleaner, six months later it broke down, and there was a sound in it that was unpleasant. I thought it was a problem and took it to the Zigzag service center, where they told me they would take a look, find the problem and call me. A month and a half passed, and they kept calling me every three or four days and saying that your vacuum cleaner was working fine, there were no problems, although in fact it was broken. And without solving this problem, after a month and a half, I go very annoyed, angry, pick up my vacuum cleaner and go to the service center, whose name is Remzon. where the guys greeted me very pleasantly, treated me to coffee, and while I was trying to drink this coffee, they had already repaired my goods. I am very grateful to these guys, I can even say that I have become friends with them, they are very nice and friendly guys. I didn't even notice how time flew by that they were able to resolve this issue in two or three minutes. I am very grateful to Vagan and Levon.
