I called two days in advance of the expected day of the visit, asked what to have with me, they said a swimsuit and the certificate itself, nothing more. Did you clarify again, are you sure you don't need anything? I definitely don't need anything else. Upon arrival, it turns out that she had to have all the bathroom accessories with her. In all other spa centers, you don't bring anything with you, and they'll wash you from head to toe. Here the concept of "spa" is completely different. The receptionist offered shampoo, but it seemed it was just liquid soap. I liked the Jacuzzi, the wet steam room and the massage therapist's work. The rest is not. Oh, and the barbecue wings are delicious.

It would be possible to put minus stars! I would like to share my negative experience with Renaissance. Unfortunately, the situation left an extremely unpleasant impression. I was given a certificate for services valid for only one month. During the period of its validity, I was forced to urgently leave for a business trip to another city for work. Naturally, it was not possible to physically use the certificate during this period. Upon my return, I applied to the company with a request to extend the validity of the certificate. To my deepest surprise and disappointment, the company categorically refused. I was told that these are the rules, and no exceptions are made. The certificate was cancelled, and I was not compensated for its cost. Bottom line: I lost money without receiving any service, and faced a complete lack of loyalty and flexibility from the company. Criticism and conclusions: 1. The inflexibility and soullessness of the rules. A policy that does not take into account the life circumstances of clients (business trips, illness) suggests that the company sees in clients only a source of short-term profit, and not a long-term relationship. 2. Extremely short validity period. A period of 1 month for a certificate is very short. This approach looks like a trick to get as many certificates unused as possible. 3. Loss of trust. The company has demonstrated that it is not ready to meet the customer halfway, even to a minimal extent. After this, any desire to use her services in the future is lost. Recommendation to potential clients: Be extremely careful when purchasing certificates from this company. Remember that, in my experience, the company will not worry about any unforeseen circumstances. It is a pity that the service and customer orientation here have been reduced to zero. I no longer plan to have anything to do with this company and I do not advise others.
