Friendly staff, great service, extraordinary breakfast buffet, although some changes from time to time would make it even better when you stay more than a week, great hotel and spa area, great location. I can only highly recommend it for having stayed there dozens of times.

Great hotel, the room is clean, there is everything you need. Comfortable beds and pillows, courteous staff. The breakfast is excellent, you can choose for every taste.
The spa area is not large: a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and two saunas. There were a lot of people on weekends, and all the sun beds were occupied. There are few people in the pool in the morning, you can swim for fun.
The only negative is lunch at a restaurant. We decided that since the breakfasts were good, the lunch would be delicious. Unfortunately, the big disappointment is the salad, as if from yesterday, the portion is meager, the second one is also not tasty, we ate because we were hungry. Mint tea was taken in a teapot, all the tea leaves were in a mug, there was no strainer. Plain water only for money. With all this, the prices in the restaurant are not small. They didn't risk taking the wine, so as not to get upset at all.

Overall, I liked the hotel. Of the advantages:
The corner suite is spacious, modern, and the room is very clean.
There are ice machines on the floors.
Good breakfasts.
There is a large swimming pool in the spa, there is a Jacuzzi and sauna, you can drink herbal tea.
The only thing that spoiled the overall impression was a visit to the executive lounge, where at three-thirty (open from 3 p.m.) there was nothing but coffee and water, no juices, no lemonade, no cookies/cakes. After the request, they gave us a can of soda anyway). Maybe it happened that day, but there was no desire to check on other days. After 6 p.m., during dinner, everything was fine)

A modern comfortable hotel for the discerning public! The real five stars. Very friendly and lovely girls at the reception. Amazing breakfasts with the right sparkling and wide variety of dishes and fragrant tea. Special thanks for the opportunity to choose sausages NOT from pork, but beef and lamb for breakfast! The rooms are spacious and have high-quality bed linen, I do not want to get out of bed! The spa is a bit crowded in the evenings.

The hotel is just great! We lived in a standard room: the room itself and the bathroom are spacious. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, and everything you need! Mini bath kits (gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap), shaving machines, and a dental kit are available on request, but unlimited.
Bottled water, tea (2 bags of black and 2 bags of green), sugar, coffee and cream are also free in the room. There is a mini-bar, but it is for a fee (and the prices there are not small), but this is their right, so it did not bother me in any way.
The price included breakfast: and they were delicious and varied! Champagne is also a nice addition to breakfast, it's a great solution, I've seen many who take it, and I've had it myself a couple of times!
I would like to say a special thanks for the Spa pool, it is also included in the room rate, we had great evenings, swam, relaxed! Therefore, I recommend taking rubber slippers and a swimsuit with you to the hotel, they give you the rest!
There are very polite girls at the reception, and young people who help with luggage and greet guests!
In the next building from the hotel, there is a shopping center: where there is a grocery store, a children's world and a pharmacy!
It takes a maximum of 10 minutes to get to the metro, and 20 minutes on foot to Independence Square.
There is also a casino in the hotel, but we have not been there.
We were in Minsk for 5 days- the hotel left a very pleasant impression! I will definitely recommend it to my friends and will go there again!

I really liked the hotel. We took a suite. Two large rooms. A large bathroom and an additional toilet. Large windows. The room is in excellent condition. Clean, modern.
Breakfast was coming in. It is possible to order additionally from the menu.
There is a spa area with a swimming pool, a hammam. Thai massages are not expensive by Moscow standards. They do it very well.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor. But unfortunately the price/quality of the food does not match. It's not exactly "family dinners" there.
Friendly girls at the reception.
There is a large parking lot for cars. For residents free of charge.

Nice hotel near the train station, spacious room, comfortable bed, clean, has everything you need, spa sauna, 20m swimming pool with hydromassage and Jacuzzi. Great breakfast! And reasonable prices for the restaurant menu. A minibar with a joke on the photo is for a snack of bulba and cacahuetes :) The way from the room to the spa is through the lobby, in the evening you walk in slippers and a bathrobe past people who came to the restaurant in outfits, it may confuse someone.

I chose a hotel based on 5 stars in Minsk and, preferably, there should be an international network.
Among the amenities are a central location, parking for residents and a SPA.
This, perhaps, is the end of the advantages.
Upon check-in, they immediately found jambs in the room - a leaking towel rail, stained and torn walls.
The balcony is all dirty and obviously no one has cleaned it.
The robe was very washed and had a huge hole in the sleeve.
We went down to tell the reception about it - shrugged our shoulders and that's it. There were no apologies, no offers of a change of number or other compliment.
They asked for a champagne bucket for the evening. It took a long time to clarify - for a bottle or a drink, I said that for a bottle. They bring a small bucket for the drink as a result. The misunderstandings did not end there - the bucket was with obvious chips along the edge of the bucket and a huge crack. And this is a hotel that positions itself as a 5-star hotel.

Great hotel. We took a room on the club floor. Everything is new, the room itself is very spacious, the bathroom is large (this is important to me). There are bathrobes, slippers, an iron, cosmetics and disposable kits. And they keep putting it on. Excellent sound insulation, clean bed linen, excellent mattress and pillows. A good sauna complex with a swimming pool. There are a lot of people from time to time (I understand that the complex is not only for hotel guests, but also for Minsk residents, etc.). But tolerable. The breakfasts are without frills, but in general there is enough of everything. Coffee and tea are a problem, but in Minsk, as I understand it, there is not much of a cult of these drinks at all. I asked them to bring coffee from the bar, then I paid for it. The hotel has a large parking lot for cars. From the metro station on foot for 7 minutes, to the center (to the town hall) for 25 minutes by walking distance.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Minsk and was absolutely delighted! To begin with, the staff here is simply great - attentive, friendly and always ready to help with any question. A real top-class service!
The hotel is definitely one of the best in the city. It has everything for a comfortable stay: cozy, clean rooms with modern design, excellent sound insulation, comfortable furniture and everything you need for a business trip or vacation.
The location is also impressive - in the city center, but at the same time in a quiet place. The main attractions and business centers can be reached on foot. The buffet breakfast pleased with the variety and quality of the dishes.
I definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure trips. It really creates a homely atmosphere and provides first-class service.
Will I come back here again? Definitely yes! This is exactly the case when the hotel fully justifies its reputation.

On the downside, there is no proper closet in the room. Only the wardrobe for outerwear. Therefore, some of the things remained in the suitcase, some in the cabinet under the TV.

We were vacationing with our family. It's a very cool place. Located in Minsk, there are cafes, shops and a mini shopping center nearby. I was with my son in Minsk at the end of October 2024, stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights.
The hotel is nice, very clean, modern, the staff is friendly and ready to help.
We took a club room with 2 separate beds. The room is spacious, comfortable beds, mattresses and pillows, clean linen.
The hotel has its own outdoor, guarded parking lot.
The food is delicious in the hotel's restaurant and bar. We visited the SPA, took a massage service, quite well, the SPA itself is very good. We were satisfied with the visit to the hotel. The location of the hotel is convenient, about a 10-minute walk from Independence Square.

The delight hotel. Everything is great. We lived according to the club format. The executive living room is an additional pleasure. Good dinners with alcohol.
We rested in the room with my wife and two small children. The room is spacious, there was an extra bed.
The pool is not bad, you can go with the kids. The children also had a lot of fun, even sat in the sauna for a while.
The exchange rate in gostintets is also quite profitable.
One disadvantage: there were difficulties with extending rooms for late check-out.(we rented 3 rooms by the company), high load. It turned out to extend only one number and then with great difficulty.
After the extension, there were difficulties with the keys. They couldn't open the doors. I had to drive back and forth several times. As a result, the engineer or the administrator opened it with a master key.
And the toilet tank was leaking and the button in the installation was broken, the masters were called. Be gentle with the bathroom😁

The Renaissance Minsk Hotel has exceeded our expectations. I really liked everything from the moment of check-in to the moment of check-out. Beautiful lobby, modern, interesting. The rooms are cozy, beautiful and very clean. The bathroom is spacious, with a nice bathroom. The girls, the spa staff, are very kind. Even when we came to the pool at 7 a.m... The pool is clean, 2 saunas, a Jacuzzi, there is free tea by the pool to drink hot after the sauna and pool. There is a restaurant, a summer cafe and a bar on the ground floor of the hotel. We managed to eat everywhere. Everything is decent and very, very tasty!!! It's even difficult to single out one thing. All the dishes were great, but the cakes... They are simply FABULOUS!!! The girls and guys at the reception are all very polite. Very decent service!! The breakfasts are just a bomb! I haven't seen such good breakfasts for a long time. Champagne for breakfast to start your morning pleasantly. I will not be able to list the entire range of breakfast, there is a very wide variety... We really liked the pancakes and the red fish... In general, everything is very tasty! Next to the hotel (in the next building) there is a grocery supermarket with a large selection. We were just walking around the neighborhood and came in. I live permanently in a 10-minute walk from the hotel, but for the holiday I decided to please the girl with a visit to the restaurant and spa of the hotel on a special offer.
We visited the spa on 01/25/2025, overall a very pleasant impression of the hotel, modern, clean and tidy, breathes the spirit of wealth. The hotel's spa is neat but small, with only 2 baths with different temperatures, 1 Jacuzzi and a 20-meter swimming pool.
There were quite a lot of people and a crowd for Saturday evening, You should not consider this spa as an independent facility, any independent SPA center will be more interesting due to the variety and more options for what to do in it, as a result, out of 3 hours, 2 sat in the Jacuzzi.
The special menu for this offer in the restaurant with a choice of 2/3 dishes pleased me, very tasty dishes, exquisite service and friendly helpful staff brightened up the evening. I can say that the evening was a success, and even despite the slight disappointment at the SPA, it was worth it, thanks to the hotel and the team.

We stayed at this hotel for the New Year holidays of 2025. We stayed in the club room. The price includes access to the spa area and executive lounge. I really liked everything. I'll start with the spa area. There are two saunas, both Finnish, heated to 70 and 90 degrees respectively. The pool is 20*5 meters. There is a Jacuzzi. And I especially liked that there is a thermos of herbal tea for the guests. There are wooden sun beds with soft mattresses, pillows and foot cushions around the pool. Everything is done in bright soothing tones. We're thrilled. I was very pleased with the lounge. These are not just snacks in the evenings, but a full-fledged dinner from the Puszcza restaurant. I would also like to thank Victoria, Diana and Emma, who work in this cozy executive lounge. They are very responsive. The maids, the reception staff, Alexandrina! Thanks!!! . We celebrated her birthday with our beloved in this wonderful hotel. The service is timely. We always made concessions. The compliment from the hotel in honor of the holiday was incomparable. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. The room is clean. I was surprised by the ice maker on the floor. I recommend celebrating birthdays here!
The only thing is, there have been shoe sponges in the rooms everywhere in hotels for a long time, so I had to use napkins, which fortunately the hotel had.

My husband and I went to celebrate our 75th anniversary and did not regret choosing this hotel at all. Everything is great. The staff is smiling and polite. The rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The spa pool is included in the price. There is a Thai massage, but it is at your own expense. Parking is convenient and quite free. In general, I liked everything very much. If we go back to Minsk, we will definitely choose a van hotel. Thank you for a pleasant time. And after the walk we came and were pleasantly surprised the staff congratulated my husband on his birthday there was a bottle of champagne and a cake on the table!

The metro is a 10-minute walk away, and a taxi also arrives quickly.
What can be improved: put toothbrushes and toothpaste at once, I don't understand hotels at all where there is a dental kit, but you need to beg for it, put it right away along with other accessories! Only low-quality factory juices are served at breakfast, no fresh juices. You expect more from 5*.
