I bought a car twice. In the 17th and 25th years. They work honestly, clearly and without deception. I'm currently servicing a purchased car there. The attitude is always attentive, one might say friendly. There were no failures on the part of the service under warranty. They fix it quickly. I like it, I recommend it for both buying and servicing cars.

I own a 2020 LADA Vesta, 180,000 mileage. It was bought right there, in the sales area. There is a dealer service at the salon. I am serviced only here - warranty and post-warranty service. Under warranty, everything changed without question! But that's not even the point! I was pleasantly surprised by the cost of maintenance after warranty! For post-warranty service at the dealer - good discounts on work and parts! I get repaired only here, and I also buy 90% of spare parts from them (on average, not much and more expensive spare parts than in the store, Lada gives a guarantee for work and parts). Urgent repairs were needed several times, they will always go to a meeting and try to find a "window" off the record! I Definitely Recommend It!👍

I changed the timing belt on the Duster. We discussed the price of the work and the cost of spare parts over the phone. I preferred to take spare parts from them, because the spare parts are original and this is a condition for a discount on work. Again, a guarantee. The service is fast and courteous. The discounted work price came out cheaper than "in garages"). The old parts were put in boxes from the new ones, in a bag and in the trunk, as I requested. It's interesting to see the condition of the old vehicles. I really liked everything.

We arrived at the salon today, the prospect of choosing a car for 7 seats. The interior is disgusting. Nothing has changed in 4 years. Before that, we chose a car, considered a Renault Arcana, and eventually bought another car at another dealership. The bottom line is, when entering the salon, there is no greeting, the staff just doesn't care who got there and how, they didn't even say hello!!!! We bought a car from another dealer! 4 years have passed, the situation has not changed. We are currently considering a car with 7 seats. We went into the salon, the guys were sitting in jackets with ties, there was no greeting, no attention in our direction!!! It feels like no one cares who came or how!! After watching the dream, the girl offered to help and that's it, no information, there was a strong discomfort from the fact that we were doing them a favor by visiting the salon!!! The atmosphere is terrible, the managers solve their issues without paying attention to the fact that we are looking at cars for 190,000 white rubles. Maybe I'm biased, but I think that when you decide to choose a car, at least they should pay attention to you. Once again, 4 years ago, the situation was the same, we wanted to buy a Renault Arcana, but the arrogant behavior of the staff repelled us as much as possible, so we bought a car from another dealer, and the decision was made within half an hour, we drove to Renault for half a year)) draw conclusions guys. The most useless customer service in Gagarin!! Apparently their income is only from legal entities. Definitely not recommended

Are you sure you have qualified specialists working there? The disadvantage is that there is no replacement car. 2 weeks without a car at my job is unacceptable. I have to move around a lot.

You will not see any unsubscriptions, documents with signatures and seals on the change of warranty conditions, etc. The manager was just laughing in my face. But the service is just terrible, by 3 points out of 5. The service does not want to understand the client and fulfill the client's wishes. If there is no plug from the factory, then it is simply impossible to prove it. When you pick up a car at the time of purchase, you also need to hire a videographer for detailed shooting outside the car, under the car and in the cabin, otherwise you will never prove anything. And if any emergency indicator lights up on the way, and then goes out and you want to be diagnosed under warranty, then you will be notified in advance that the error may not have been recorded in the car's computer and you will have to pay the cost of diagnostics, and photos and videos with this error are not taken into account. This means that you also need to order a forensic examination of your own video and attach it to the repair application. And it's even more interesting when, during pre-sale preparation, they lose the password to your alarm and joyfully inform you that now this is your problem and you have to go abroad to the service center of this alarm yourself and solve this issue there at your own expense. In a word, the service is just terrible.
