I had a lovely breakfast in Rene. I ordered potatoes pancakes with eggs and salmon. I can’t recall every detail of the dish. The flat white coffee was fantastic. My best friend took me to this restaurant. I can attest to his recommendation that it is indeed a great restaurant. I’m here to visit, so I haven’t been to many places, but so far I’d consider it to be one of the best places I have been to. To my friend, it’s the best he has been to in Almaty.

A restaurant from the pages of a fashionable glossy magazine. A beautiful photogenic interior and an open showcase with desserts of stunning filigree beauty, which it is impossible to pass by indifferently. That's probably why the expectations of this place were somewhat higher than the final impression. Shakshuka is a little lean, I wanted more sharpness and spice. The bread was brought in a stand, which, of course, is beautiful, but when you take out a piece from there, it crumbles all over the table. Flat white is more like a cappuccino of insufficient strength. The casserole with irimshik was good, but it had a feeling of being cherished, like a stale slice that had already been on the plate for a while. Perhaps it was just bad luck this time, and other dishes on other visits will correct the impression.

I want to leave a sincere review about this cafe. First of all, it's very beautiful here — the interior is thought out to the smallest detail, you want to photograph everything. Secondly, the staff is simply on top! Everyone is very polite, friendly, and helpful. In other places, filming is often prohibited and comments are made, but here it is the opposite! I was filming, and the staff offered to help: they asked other employees to vacate the area near the bar so that we could take pictures in peace. The receptionist came over, supported us, and did everything to make us feel comfortable. This is a level of service that I would like to mention separately. And, of course, the food is delicious — everything we tried was on the level. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart. Having decided to have breakfast, you will not be able to book a table, you just need to come earlier and if you came right to the opening, you will be able to choose a table to your liking. After reading the reviews, we chose this place. But there are pros and cons. The advantages include the visual perception of the interior design, the appearance of the cafe staff, the taste and quality of the food. The disadvantages are noise and crowding, this applies not only to visitors, but also to the staff, whose presence did not affect the level of benevolence and overall service. The pricing policy is higher than the average.

Something went wrong with last night's dinner at this establishment, both in terms of the quality of the food and the service. Half of the ordered dishes arrived cold, the lasagna was almost cold with some kind of rancid taste. When asked why the French fries were brought cold, the waiter took our dish away, returned it back after a few minutes, saying that the manager would come to you. The manager certainly didn't come up. Then, for some reason, the dishes were not brought to all the desserts that we ordered, and we had to catch the waiters and beg them to bring them. In general, the impression of the place is spoiled.

Why are there such drawings on the walls, what do these drawings convey? In general, about the idea of the cafe. It was very interesting and informative. Listening to the story, we didn't even notice how quickly they began to bring us food. The food and salads were delicious! Price and quality (taste, serving, take-out time)The ratio is 💯. And desserts are a separate love story. Usually, there's always something I'm not happy with. But that day everything was just great. We ate with pleasure, and we also took desserts with us! We visited the restaurant today and were extremely disappointed. - we waited a long time for the waiter at the beginning - food was expected for 50 minutes -the oatmeal porridge was brought raw -the omelet was requested without additives for the child-everything was brought with additives, the child did not eat - the occupancy rate was 15-20%, but I had to call the waiter several times - one of the advantages: the staff communicated very culturally, and part of the order was not included in the bill, unfortunately, this did not make the children full. We are very disappointed.
