Booked in one location but for some reason changed to another unsuitable location. Waste of time and money. Be careful, this hotel have many ghost copies in city

Cozy, responsive service.
While some rooms are being renovated (not a minus, keep in mind).
The food is simple, but very tasty.
The plumbing is mediocre.
The location of the hotel has its pros and cons, it suited us.
Perhaps this will be critically important to someone, the proximity to the airport imposes increased noise, it did not bother us. After a day of walking, we slept soundly.
For any question about leisure in the city, ask at the reception, people are very responsive and sympathetic, they will advise and prompt.

Great hotel, great staff, especially the receptionist Irina the golden man. Delicious, most importantly, a fresh breakfast, an assortment for every taste, eat and eat. The prices are excellent. I liked spending the night here before going to the city of Karaganda. The flight was in the morning, in view of this, they were looking for the best and closest to the Almaty railway station-1 overnight stay. Affordable prices and excellent room quality. Плюсы:
1. Близко к Аэропорту или Ж/Д вокзалу Алматы-1.
2. Вежливый персонал, всегда улыбаются, всегда пунктуальны, тактичны.
3. В номере есть телевизор, кондиционер, холодильник (правда в нашем не работал он) и сейф. Номер Стандарт.
4. В гостинице есть Завтрак, Сауна, тренажёра.
Минусы:
1. Дополнительно к уже уплаченной стоимости Вам нужно заплатить туристический сбор. Не входит в стоимость!
2. Близость к аэропорту исключает нормальный сон, для тех, кто чутко спит. Самолёты летают часто, низко и громко.
3. Напор воды в номере и так не большой (если обильно намылиться, смывать придется долго).. Но в районе 21:00 вечера вода не бежит из лейки, она РЕАЛЬНО КАПАЕТ. +/- Комфортно помыться можно рано утром поздно ночью.
4. Ооочень медленный Wi-Fi. Настолько медленный, что пользоваться им невозможно.
5. Далеко до "цивилизации" Пилить на троллейбусе или автобусе до Абая придется минут 45. Такси без пробок довезёт за пол часа.
6. Ступеньки на лестнице разной высоты. Звучит смешно, но мои коллеги падали несколько раз))
7. Состояние номеров, как будто в последний раз их обновляли ещё до развала СССР...

Удобное расположение отеля для гостей города, можно выезжать на все окресные достопримечательности практически сразу на трассу (ехать предстоит Вам не мало).
Круглосуточный ресеп поможет с проблемами, а отдельный лайк для уставших путников будет кухня при ресторане, которая работает до 23 часов. Блюда Вам могут вынести прямо в приотельный садик со столами. Нашли случайно - когда наугад звонили после долгой дороге на машине с Астаны.
Номера чистые, удобные и довольно просторные.
И плюс и минус - то что рядом находится аэропорт, можно вечерами наблюдать взлетающие рейсы)

A good place to spend the night before the flight by land or by air. Because the airport for international and domestic flights is the closest and of course the Railway Station. I like the quality of the rooms and a lot of additional services for the safety of personal belongings. Smoking room on the street. Обслуживание на отлично. Коллектив, персонал отеля дружелюбен, отзывчив. Завтрак разнообразен. В номерах чисто. Двери в номерах хилые, но весь отель в камерах, беспокоится не стоит.тРасположен не далеко от центра, на на такси 10-15 мин. Прожили 10 дней , недалеко: шашлычная, магазины, аптеки. В следующий раз по прилёту в этот прекрасный город ,остановлюсь там же. Всем рекомендую!!!

Good hotel price/quality. Rooms, kitchen, friendly staff - well done! We stayed for a week, used Yandex taxi to the center, prices are normal, Russian cards linked to Yandex go work. Near supermarkets, cafes, bakeries.

Renion - расположен недалеко от аэропорта, если резервировать заранее можно заселиться и ночью. В корпусе отеля есть бассейн, спортзал, сауна посещение которых входит в стоимость проживания. Завтраки по типу шведский стол с 7:00-10:00 по времени Алматы. Номера чистые просторные с неплохой шумоизоляцией (оснащены мини холодильником, электрическим чайником, кондиционером, ТВ с множеством каналов). При необходимости можно попросить утюг и при отсутствии свободного самому спуститься в прачечную и погладить одежду. Персонал приветливый при баре работает мини ресторан с хорошим меню в котором можно заказать себе обед или ужин (готовят пальчики оближишь и цены нормальные). Для любителей спать с открытыми окнами, нерекомендую т.к. очень хорошо слышны заходящие на посадку самолёты (решается закрытием окна и включением кондиционера :-), рядом расположены продуктовые магазины кафе рестораны. В город можно доехать вызвав яндекс такси или на автобусе с расположенной неподалёку остановки.

Плюсы:
1. Близко в айэропорту
2. В номерах есть мне мыльные принадлежности и прочие удобства
Минусы:
Отель в плохом состоянии
УЖАСНЫЕ завтраки, нет омлетов, еда в основном выпечка, из десертов только блины
положение ужасное, хоть близко к айэропорту до центра и цевильных кафе например ехать минимум 25-35 минут
Отель не РЕКОМЕНДУЮ
Есть отель этой же сети, я там был, Renion Park 4* но и стоит не дёшево

It will do for a couple of days to spend the night, but even in Moscow for this money you can rent a room within the garden ring in hotels of at least 4*-5*, which are several times better! Выбирали отель в среднем сегменте , не ошиблись ! У отеля заявлена 3*.,но вполне тянет на 4*. Для меня самое главное чистый номер , без посторонних запахов , контингент * порядочный , так и было . Завтраки вполне достойные .
Поэтому кому нужна именно цена и качество рекомендую . Мы утром уезжали , вечером приезжали . Персонал забыла отметить , все очень гостеприимны и отзывчивы , им отдельное спасибо! До меги не далеко и не дорого , в рублях 300-400 .

Отель уже видно что староват, и требует косметического ремонта. Номер простенький, был шумно скрепящий кондиционер. Завтраки скудные, пришёл на завтрак почти к окончанию времени, уже мало, что осталось, и оперативно не подтаривают. Просьбу принести ещё молока, хотелось добавить в кофе, персонал проигнорировал. Очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал на ресепшен, что оставило приятное впечатление об отеле.

Заселились днём,уехали до завтрака. Поэтому чем кормят не видел,но.... Есть прикольная зелёная зона на 2м этаже. Понравилось. И главный плюс гостишки это Басик не большой,сауна и тд все в стоимость номера. Сам номер конечно хотелось бы обновить,но матрацы нормальные и душ не грязный. Нормас. Персонал нам попался приветливый,даже качок дядька и то МОЛОДЕЦ. Всё что надо подсказал. Рекомендую. Рядом Магнум есть,удобно очень и бар внизу.

A terrible place. They were chosen by rating on the Booking service. The rating is unreasonably high. In fact, the hotel resembles a Soviet sanatorium that underwent a light renovation. The repair, to put it mildly, is shabby, the furniture is all upholstered, everything creaks, including the beds, which makes it extremely difficult to fully relax. The rooms are cold, the batteries were either cold or warm. The breakfast was disgusting, the dishes were partially split, the quality of the dishes left much to be desired - the cheapest sausages; bitter cottage cheese in pancakes; buns, apparently, have been cooked for a very long time - tough.
There is no elevator in the hotel, suitcases have to be lifted to the upper floors manually.
It was not comfortable to be there..

Отель на 3 звёзды. Расположен, далеко от центра и основных достопримечательностей.
Завтраки, голодным не будете, но и удовольствия не получите. К концу завтрака лучше не приходить, мало, что будет.
Убирают номера каждый день.
Отдельное спасибо персоналу, благодаря им многие недостатки не замечаешь.
