Little bit old school. Hot water from both faucet was unusual and fan coil without switch off button annoying me all night. Amazing breakfast.

I lived in this hotel for a week and had only good memories and impressions! The hotel is conveniently located - and there is a place to walk and eat. The staff is polite and competent, the sound insulation is excellent, the equipment is all in good condition, the breakfasts are something... and tasty, and varied and a lot))) And dinner at the restaurant is beyond praise! Special respect for the spa area! It was in December and after a cool day. it was just gorgeous to bask in the hammam and plunge into the pool! If you want to come to Almaty, I will stay at this hotel!

The rooms are clean, daily cleaning. The breakfasts are delicious, a large selection of dishes. We had lunch or dinner at the same restaurant. Everything is very tasty. I especially liked the presence of a hammam, sauna and a swimming pool with lighting! The hotel is located next to Panfilov Park, Ascension Cathedral. Not far from the local Arbat, shopping centers. The staff is very attentive, they solve any problems.

A decent hotel with a good location, near the local Arbat, market, exchangers, 28 Panfilov Park with the magnificent Ascension Cathedral. The basement has its own swimming pool with sauna and hammam, the staff is all Russian-speaking. The breakfast buffet is incomparable, everything is fresh and delicious, a large selection. Of the disadvantages, only weak Wi-Fi. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Great hotel in the city center. Within walking distance of shopping centers, market, Arbat, restaurants.
The staff is very friendly and ready to help and answer all questions. Clean, modern, although it is clear that the repair was a long time ago. A good mattress, a large set of hygiene items, a kettle, mugs and tea are also available. However, there was an inscription "minibar" on the refrigerator, and it was empty. Strange.
From the comments: the breakfast is average, the hot dishes are not very hot, the rolls are tasteless, the jams are not signed, the dirty dishes are not cleaned as they appear on the table, but when the guest has already left. It's also strange and spoils the impression.
Another infuriating detail: the tubes in the shower are sealed with foil, it is simply unrealistic to open them with wet hands.
The hammam is impossibly hot, and the next steam room is cold. Again, it's strange why it can't be adjusted.
But in general, I recommend the hotel.

Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, all speak Russian well. The breakfasts are varied with a good and high-quality menu. After a busy day, you can relax in the SPA complex. The location is also very good, there are many attractions and good shopping centers within walking distance. The hotel is located in the historical center, near the Arbat, the Green Market and the park with the Ascension Cathedral.
Attentive and caring staff . The rooms are a little tired, but everything you need is there. The bed is comfortable, the mattress is of the correct rigidity, clean linen. There is a small swimming pool, steam room and hammam.
Of the minuses - the choice at breakfast is not bad, but everything is somehow tasteless. Containers with jam and something sweet are not signed. What is poured there is unclear. The waiters do not clean dirty dishes from the tables. They don't have such a file. Even when they pass by empty-handed. If you are sitting at a small table and dirty plates get in the way, you have to move them to neighboring tables yourself, otherwise it is unrealistic to eat.
But there are undoubtedly more advantages, the convenient location of the hotel and the attitude towards guests more than compensate for these minor flaws.

Great hotel. Convenient location. Not far from the airport. Large and comfortable rooms with all amenities. Delicious and varied breakfasts, buffet. Friendly staff. On the 1st floor there is a gym, sauna and swimming pool. There are various restaurants nearby where you can eat tasty and relatively inexpensive food. I definitely liked it, if possible I will stay here in the future.

Комфортные чистые номера, тапочки, халаты. Большой выбор блюд на завтрак на любой вкус. Хорошая кухня в ресторане по меню. Есть бассейн и хамам, но ими, увы, так и не воспользовались. Вежливый персонал. Отдельное спасибо администратору Станиславу (надеюсь, правильно запомнила имя). Останавливались на 2 ночи не подряд: при 1ом заселении он нас встретил так, что сразу чувствуешь "тебя ждали, тебе рады", решил вопрос с ранним заселением нашей группы (у нас был ночной перелёт, так что это заселение нам было очень в тему), и при 2ом проживании 8-9 мая) помог составить маршрут прогулки, объяснил как лучше пройти.
Расположение очень удачное, рядом чудесный парк им. 28 героев-панфиловцев с Вознесенским Собором, ну а 9 мая парк просто нельзя было пройти стороной, очень душевный День Победы получился.

Был в Алмате по работе и выбор пал на Отель Renion Park который расположен в центре города Алматы, в нескольких минутах ходьбы от основных достопримечательностей, один из это местный "Арбат" и транспортных узлов. Это делает его идеальным выбором для туристов, желающих легко перемещаться по городу.
Номера: Номера в отеле просторные и комфортабельные, с современными удобствами. Кровати удобные, а ванные комнаты хорошо оборудованы. В номерах есть бесплатный Wi-Fi, кондиционер, холодильник и телевизор.
Сервис и персонал: Персонал отеля очень дружелюбный и услужливый. Они всегда готовы помочь с любыми вопросами или проблемами, которые могут возникнуть у гостей. Обслуживание в номерах также работает круглосуточно, что очень удобно.
Питание: В отеле есть ресторан, где подают блюда интернациональной кухни. Завтрак “шведский стол” также доступен для гостей, и он предлагает большой выбор блюд на любой вкус.
Дополнительные услуги: В отеле также есть бесплатный фитнес-центр, сауна, бассейн и конференц-залы для проведения мероприятий.

Nice hotel! Clean, cozy and delicious.) Breakfasts, this is generally the main surprise - I have not seen such breakfasts in any hotel in Russia or abroad. Everything is very tasty and varied. A lovely and welcoming hotel. Very clean, nice rooms. An excellent spa center with a sauna, hammam and a fairly large swimming pool. There is a gym, small, but you can work out. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. You can ask for an orthopedic pillow, you used this service, it is very useful!

Гостиница с самым адекватным в Алмате сочетанием цена-качество. Кровать, полотенца, чистота, все достойно. Завтрак отличный. Мне этот отель нравится из-за расположения- парк с белками и храмом в 2х минутах хотьбы, обменники через дорогу, рынок в квартале, баня Арасан через дорогу, до одного из лучших ресторанов города можно прогуляться пешком. Мне как командировочному и туристу все эти локации важны.

Приятный отель в центре Алматы. Большие номера, широкий выбор еды на завтрак, включая баурсаки и другие местные вкусности. Есть тренажёрный зал и маленький бассейн с сауной на подвальном этаже. Вежливый персонал, тщательная уборка каждый день. По запросу принесли в номер гладильную доску и утюг. Достойный ресторан при отеле. Есть ночное меню для заказа в номер. Тут писали про слабый вай-фай, но я не пробовала, не могу сказать.

Отличная гостиница. Хорошая цена и качество номеров и самой гостиницы. Очень хорошие завтраки. Выбор отличный на Шведском столе. Вечером можно посетить сауну и бассейн. Вроде дале спортзал есть. И все всходит в цену проживания. Отдельное спасибо ресторану. Еда высшего уровня. Качество отличное. Еда больше европейская. Пасты, супы, штрудель. Брал Уху и рюмочку под неё. Очень советую 🤗

Очень удачное расположение. В центре и все рядом. До переходного Арбата рукой подать. Рядом парк 28 Панфиловцев. Красиво там, особенно вечером. Да и парк центральный тоже рядом. Парковка авто у отеля бесплатно. Короче я в поросячем восторге 😃 все понравилось ))))

Прекрасный отель в центре города! Просторный номер, удобный матрац, рабочий стол с креслом и отдельно удобное кресло. Достаточно места для хранения вещей. Отличная Лейка в душе. Воду в бутылках приносили ежедневно. Чай всегда можно было сделать. Хорошая изоляция, соседей не слышала, хотя народу было много. Я была в конце мая, кондиционер был ещё не нужен, не знаю как с температурой в жару, но воздуха в номере хватало. Дружелюбный, отзывчивый персонал.

We stayed for 2 nights. Convenient location, courteous staff, well-fed in the restaurant.
The room is generally comfortable, except for the bathroom - there was no hot water both days, it was barely warm, in general, the plumbing leaves much to be desired. There is almost nothing for breakfast.

Отличная гостиница. Брал улучшенный двухместный. Завтраки просто объедение. Кстати, ресторан в отеле очень достойный. Чисто. Убираются каждый день. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Номер надо брать с видом на парк только. Месторасположение отеля хорошее. Все рядом. Обмен валюты через дорогу.. Снял звезду, что в ванне нет сушки. Никакой. После дня катания на лыжах - высушиться огромная проблем.
