We did the manicure without processing the tools (the kraft bag was white). Unfortunately, I didn't check it at the beginning of the manicure. The master proved that everything was processed, but no evidence was provided. The cameras were not working on the day of my appointment, the package was white (indicator), because sometimes their packages do not work and do not darken, the numbers on the package were not written (although everyone else has their own number that is entered in the processing book). The administrator rudely defended her case, did not even apologize, wanted me to leave faster and promised to give feedback. But no one wrote until I asked the question myself. Take care of your health, choose proven places and check the tools yourself.
