No problem, everything is fast and efficient. I booked a car in Moscow. I stayed overnight in Minsk at the 40 years of Victory hotel within walking distance from the rental office. I came, took a car and drove around Belarus. The mileage included in the price was enough, I didn't even roll it out in 8 days. I handed over the car at the airport before departure, arriving right from the locks. I paid extra for the change at the port, for the overspent gasoline and the car wash, there was no time to do this anymore. The deposit was returned immediately. Mitsubishi Mirage is a good, economical car. Thanks to Vladislav for the efficiency, clarity and quality of service!

I rented a Mitsubishi Mirage 2020 car and was completely delighted. The car deserves 10 out of 10. It keeps the speed of 120 km / h without problems, it is very comfortable in motion. The controls are high, the seats are comfortable, and the steering wheel is simply excellent. The car is small, but very maneuverable, it easily copes even in heavy traffic conditions. I made the trip to Svetlogorsk and back without the slightest difficulty. I would like to note the service separately: the guys organized the process perfectly, promptly answered all questions and explained everything to the smallest detail. Definitely 5 stars for professionalism and quality!

We booked a Chevrolet Malibu 2020 car, but the car broke down a day before the rental. We were offered a replacement for the Chevrolet Spark 2020 (only it remained in stock), we do not regret anything. I needed a big car to travel around Belarus with my family and took a 2018 Dodge Journey for 7 seats in this rental - a great big car, clean, neat. We took it for a week and there were no questions, everything is fine) Thanks to the manager Artyom, he told me everything in detail and showed me about the car! And it's nice that I didn't have to wash the car myself, after our week-long trip - the car wash turned out to be free - and there was definitely something to wash, both outside and inside) I recommend the rental, good luck to you!

I give the rental the highest rating of the work! I took their car , arrived at my destination, went to bed safely and forgot to turn off the headlights. In the morning ( at 5 o'clock ) - to leave, but the car won't start. Naturally, it's hysterical, I'm a girl. Everything, I think, was given a defective car! I called the company , woke up the employee and got a full consultation. Everything was polite, calm, they said that they needed to call a taxi with a paid service "to smoke a car". It's all clear, it's her own fault. But if the box office did not respond, then in 4 hours of waiting (the company works from 9.00) and nerves, it would be possible to call an ambulance! I came to Minsk and ordered a Hyundai Elantra 2023 car for a day at the RCS (Rent Car Service) rental. I booked a car on the website in advance with delivery to the railway station. They contacted me, confirmed the reservation, discussed all the important points, everything was fast and to the point. Rented in this service Honda Insight 2009 release. The condition of the machine at reception is shown in the photo. Among the disadvantages affecting safety, which had to be fully felt: the dead optics of the head lighting (it is almost impossible to operate the car at night), knocks in the suspension (presumably because of them they almost flew off the M1 highway twice at a speed of ~ 80-90 km / h). In addition, the TMPS malfunction indicator was constantly burning on the car (tire pressure, it was mentioned when receiving the car), when driving on the highway, the VSA indicator lit up (a malfunction of the dynamic stabilization system, perhaps it was also one of the causes of instability), the Break indicator (brake system) periodically lit up. In this situation, it would be logical to return the car, but since all the problems did not appear immediately (the first two days the car was just standing in Minsk, I received it on October 22 only because the initial rental agreement was from October 22 to October 31), and on the third day, after we drove away from Minsk kilometers 100, and in order not to spoil the vacation for loved ones, given the driving experience of more than 40 years, we decided to continue the journey.
A few annoying moments related to the return of the car:
- parking in an overloaded parking lot of a service station, concentrating not to touch other cars, when reversing, the rear bumper touched the open door of the box, slightly damaging the paintwork of the previously battered bumper. For this, the owner of the rental, Artem, demanded $ 60. Although when receiving the car, given its far from fresh condition, the woman who issued the car said that there would be no complaints about scuffs, the main thing was that there were no dents. At the time of the incident analysis, at my mention of this, the woman was "blown away" from the site. Photos of the violation of the LC coating of the rear bumper after hitting the door of the box are also posted (the place of damage is wiped by hand).
- because in the first two days it was not planned to use the car, when it was received at 11:31 on 10/22/2023, it was agreed that the car would be returned on 10/31/2023 in the interval between 14:00 - 15:00 without charging additional payment (otherwise payment could be made immediately during the same time when receiving the car), which was marked on a copy of the lessor's contract. When returning the car, the woman refused the agreement in a telephone conversation with the rental owner, and said that I only informed about the late return. As a result, 50 Belarusian rubles were still withheld from the pledge.
Conclusions for yourself:
- when agreeing to rent a car in advance, require a standard lease agreement from the landlord to familiarize himself with the specification of the car's configuration (in my case, there was no first aid kit and an emergency stop sign, and of course a fire extinguisher!). Familiarization with it upon receipt in a hurry is impractical (there are many clauses in the contract about the responsibility of the tenant, but there are practically no clauses about the responsibility of the landlord, or they are veiled in such a way that they remove responsibility from him. For example, you can get a car to replace a faulty one only if it is available ...)
. It is also advisable to request a photo of the current state of the car, and not take into account those posted on the site (an annoying puncture with optics could have been avoided if I had assessed its condition in advance).
- when receiving a car, carefully document its condition, and record all oral agreements in writing.
- try to rent a car with full insurance (CASCO), also paying attention to its conditions (there may be hidden deductibles).
- take "fresh" cars.
And yes, on the website the action "Washing for free"
is distributed on condition of renting a car for 4 days or more. They managed to charge 15 Belarusian rubles for a car wash, and this despite the fact that the car was rented for 10 days.
