Be prepared to pay double what you are quoted for renting with these people. We booked a car for two days, on pickup we were advised to take their optional insurance (which we declined as our travel insurance covers car hire). Their daily rate for the insurance would have doubled the rental cost. On returning the car they did a very detailed inspection and found a very minor scratch under the rear of the car. This was not something that you would pick up looking around the car prior to starting the rental. In fact I wonder if the scratch was known about and was magically found upon our return. They sent pictures of the scratch to their technical team for an assessment (it took four separate pictures to be sent with the scratch circled on the final one so the technician could identify it). We were then given an estimate of the repair cost which was nearly twice our rental cost. We of course complained and magically the cost of repair almost halved (so about equal to the two day rental cost). There is no recourse or appeal against the damage repair, the cost will eat up our deposit and they have said they will send an invoice for the balance. So just beware, these guys will find an issue with the car when it is returned, and if you don’t take out their expensive damage insurance you will end up paying a similar amount.

We rented a Hyundai Accent for 4 days. We traveled as a family along the Almaty-Kolsai-Chundzha-Almaty route (700 km). The car is new, clean, the tank is full. The contract was prepared for the appointed time and was completed in about 10 minutes. Much more profitable than taxi services in a Toyota Alphard on the same route. I'm incredibly glad that there are such guys. Good luck in the future!
