I don't know, he says, maybe they took it away or maybe they didn't. They didn't even apologize for the jamb!!! I had to go to Zakharova, I took everything there successfully and without any problems. Everything was explained / told) I work not far from Zakharov, I live near Belgradskaya. Стояли с молодым человеком в очереди, пока оформляли товар другому человеку. Очень грубая девушка работает. Разговаривала с клиентом так, будто он ей что-то должен. На вопросы возникающие по поводу проката, отвечала с таким раздражением, что мы все там в осадок просто выпали. На мой вопрос, есть ли нужный товар в наличии, опять же был ответ с таким раздражением, я не выдержала и сделала ей замечание, что можно разговаривать по проще и не быть такой грубой. Я все понимаю, ситуации бывают разные, устал, не поел, кто-то выбесил, личные проблемы какие-то и т.д. но если ты работешь с людьми, будь добра, консультируй корректно, не выплескивай свое недовольство на людей, которые пришли к тебе получить услугу, а если ты так ненавидишь людей, так что ты делаешь на этой работе? По итогу поехали в другое место и там взяли в прокат то, что нужно да и дешевле, а женщина которая нас обслуживала, была очень приятной.
