Drivers leave their cars overnight, the traffic police comes and you get a fine, something in the region of 750.000 soums. Thanks to the seller from the next store, he warned me.

The car itself is not new and with decent mileage (which could be understood from its model), but in fully serviceable condition.
There is a feeling that initially the car was not filled with the best gasoline, because after refueling, the dynamics improved. It is unlikely that this can be presented to the company, because users fill it up.

Сервис оставил только положительные впечатления. Отвечают оперативно, выбор машин довольно большой, пунктуальность на высоте, я арендовал машину впервые, все доходчиво и подробно объяснили.
Машина была практически новая, с пробегом в 7.5 тыс км, никаких нареканий.
Есть что улучшать - на сайте невозможно оплатить бронь авто, платеж узкард не проходит. Но тут же перезванивают, поэтому косяк незначительный.

We booked a Chevrolet Captiva 4, everything went quickly, the cars were served clean, everything seems to be fine))) And our way was further into the mountains, where our friends were waiting for us. Well, after driving about half the way, we realize that our car does not want to go. Where cars travel 90 km, ours barely moves 30 kilometers, We immediately contacted the guys from the service that something was wrong with the car. Since our goal was no longer far away, we agreed that we would reach the goal and another car would be brought to us. And so it turned out. As a result, they brought us an even better car, a Chevrolet Trailblazer, it is more expensive to rent, but we were charged a minimum surcharge, a full tank of gasoline.They apologized for a long time.As they say, there is no silver lining, the car drove us to such wonderful places in 5 days, took us off impassable roads. Брали автомобиль в прокат, находясь в Ташкенте с семьей и друзьями. Рекомендую данную организацию на 110%. Автомобиль нам предоставили 2022 года выпуска, чистый, без каких-либо недочетов. Сотрудники быстро и оформили все документы, ответили на все наши вопросы и даже пошли нам на встречу, отдав ключи вечером, хотя аренда начиналась утром следующего дня. Мы передавали автомобиль на два дня, для поездки из Ташкента в Самарканд. В прокате есть ограничения по бесплатному пробегу, 200 км./сутки. С нас взяли залог, в размере 20 000 руб., по возвращению автомобиля, ровно на пятые сутки, залог нам вернули, путем перевода рублей на карту Сбербанка. В общем с русскими туристами, для нашего удобства, работает схема возврата залогов, по принципу - следующий русский клиент, переводит деньги предыдущему, через привычное нам приложения Сбербанка. Это очень удобно, так как наши карты в Узбекистане не работают.
Персонал отзывчивый, машин много на любой вкус, обслуживание 10 из 10, доброжелательность на все 100.
Однозначно рекомендую и советую.

Хочу поделиться впечатлением об этом салоне проката. Остались только положительные эмоции, сотрудник Тимур ориентировал нас с начала и до деталей аренды авто, рассказал все подробно, без всякого обмана и подводных камней. Единственный минус, что пробег ограничен, но это сильно не повлияло на впечатление о сервисе, особенно когда берешь на несколько дней, он хватит сверх даже, поэтому сильно не пугайтесь когда говорят, что 200км на сутки этого хватит доехать до гор и обратно, как у нас и получилось, а по городу так вообще 200км с головой хватит, особенно в Ташкенте днем в летнее время года на улицу не выйдешь, и машина простаивает. В общем хочу поблагодарить и сказать большое спасибо этой службе, хотелось бы конечно чтобы когда нибудь в Ташкенте появился каршеринг, но если нужно свое авто, то напрямую к ним, советую и рекомендую думаю еще вернемся! Особенная благодарность Тимуру.

Брали автомобиль с 28 апреля по 01 мая. Быстро подобрали машину онлайн, в аэропоте встречал менеджер Хабиб, очень воспитанный и пунктуальный человек. За подачу в аэропорт взяли 30 долларов , как и за сдачу автомобиля в аэропорте. Страховой депозит вернули на 6 день после окончания аренды на карту.
Машину брали KIA Carnival, поехали до Самарканда и обратно.
За перепробег берется доп. плата, оплачиваете при возврате автомобиля.
Сама машина чистая , пробег был 44к, обслуженная. Единственный недостаток это следы пребывания туристов (накурено, например).
Оплату делали наличными в доларах, депозит оставили в рублях.
Сервис приятный, персонал вежливый. В целом, все, что написано ранее в отзывах, актуально. Однозначно рекомендую данный сервис.

Всё отлично. Выдали абсолютно новый Кобальт, хотя пришёл без предупреждения и без бронирования. Условия в прокате понятные и вполне европейские (если кто-то пользовался европейскими прокатами, оценит). Обслуживание тоже быстрое и удобное. Все расходы на мойку и километраж сверх нормы просто удержали из депозита и вернули его на карту.
Что немаловажно, есть опция вернуть машину в нерабочее время, поскольку прокат на территории отеля.

Отличный сервис, часто пользуюсь арендой машин когда бываю в командировке но rentcar лучшие в Узбекистане. Ребята профи машины чистые ухоженные и главное видно что ТО проходят во время а это важно. Вообщем очень рекомендую!

Я из России. Первый раз в стране. Ребята очень быстро откликнулись. Все четко рассказали, на что обратить внимание на дорогах. В итоге у нас нет штрафов. Согласились вернуть залог раньше, чем прописано в договоре. Идут на встречу. Залог вернули 100%. Очень открыто общаются, видно что дорожат репутацией.
И очень расстроились ребята в офисе и наверно сам хозяин, когда увидел что здесь в приложении пишут, что не возвращают залог. Явно пишут конкуренты.
Нам очень понравилось обслуживание

Прозрачный и компетентный сервис. Заранее готовят документы для быстрого оформления на месте. Подробно объясняют правила и подсвечивают важные моменты. Идут навстречу в вопросах оплаты (оплатить получилось только наличкой, но честно перепробовали все другие способы перевода с российских карт), простили небольшое превышение лимита по суточному километражу. Отличный автомобиль в хорошем состоянии и относительно недорого.

Обращался впервые, так как впервые поехал в Узбекистан.
Итак: театр начинается с вешалки. И тут сразу все отлично!
1. Бронирование: Забронировал машину по телефону из РФ. Зная, как можно забронировать машину в Европе, когда бронируешь машину, а предлагают sister type, несколько переживал, так как нужен был микроавтобус на 6 человек и можно было приехать и получить что-то удивительно похожее.. но нет, все отлично. Начиная от мгновенной реакции по телефону от самой компании, брони по телефону без внесения предоплат и остальной мороки, до чистой машины именно той, о которой договаривались.
2. Персонал: отличные парни, доходчиво объясняющие все на чистом русском языке. Быстро, четко, понятно.
3. Оформление: К моменту прибытия все документы были уже готовы и сама передача машины не заняла и получаса.
4. Машина: понятно, что компания не корпорация и огромного нового лизингового парка нет, но машины на уровне и главное все очень чистые.
5. Депозит: депозит вернули очень быстро, в сроки обозначенные договором, на карту в РФ.
Лайфхак - если ты в Узбекистане и заправляешься 95м бензином, то ты лакшери и на заправке тебя принимаю без очереди :)

Брал в аренду авто 3 раза: Toyota Sienna, Hyundai Sants Fe и Kia K5. Машины ни разу не подвели, никаких проблем не было. Авто выдавали минут за 5-10, для sienna подобрали детские кресла, правда, на ребёнка 12+ мес кресло только одно, учтите при планировании поездки. В остальном, никаких нареканий.
Крайне рекомендую данный прокатный сервис.
Страховкой воспользоваться не пришлось.

Давно пользуюсь услугами этой компании и только сейчас решил оставить отзыв. Один раз попробовав, теперь возвращаюсь сюда снова и снова. Визиты в Узбекистан бывают как на пару дней так и на несколько месяцев, начинаются они со звонка ребятам которые сделают ваше прибываете в Узбекистане максимально комфортным. Помимо аренды машин которые всегда чистьте и никогда не подводили от бюджетного класса до премиум, вам еще подарят теплое и профессиональное отношение по любым вопросам. We rented a car in January 2024. In general, I liked everything, except for some overlays. Namely, the return of the deposit instead of the 5 days promised under the contract, they returned 10, they made me nervous. This is due to the use of the resources of newly arrived tourists in the country, i.e. the use of bank cards of Russians who came to rent a car. However, this did not affect the overall impression. The guys in the company are friendly and attentive. Initially, I requested a Chevrolet Spark, but by our arrival it was disassembled, and we were offered a Chevrolet Cobalt almost new (mileage of 3 thousand km).
By the way, booking is possible only before arrival (3-5 days in advance), i.e. without prior notice. Perhaps this is a feature of Uzbekistan.
The company's office is located in the building of the City Palace Hotel, on the opposite side from the main entrance. We stayed at the hotel across the street (Wyndham), which was quite convenient.
We visited Samarkand in a rented car, we wanted to get to Bukhara, but at the last moment we refused, it turned out that we did not have time in time. The roads as a whole cannot be called very bad, but they are very far from ideal. There are many small towns with speed limits between the cities. The error of speed cameras is +5 km/h. The fines are comparable to a daily car rental.
In general, a recommendation, think carefully about whether you really need a car in Uzbekistan. The Afrosiyob high-speed train runs between major tourist centers (Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara). Taxis, by Russian standards, are very humane prices. The Yandex Taxi application works, with cash payment. Traffic jams in Tashkent are a separate story. Even for residents of large cities (Moscow, St. Petersburg), riding during rush hour is extremely uncomfortable. People drive along the roads like scattered peas on the floor, Before handing over the car, on weekdays in the morning, we went to refuel the car, queues for refueling are 100-300 m., waiting can be about 30-40 minutes.
