Everything went great. Booked a Hyundai Sonata. The car was given in its pure form and in good condition.
There were no problems.
The cheapest prices in Yerevan and excellent service. Next time I know who to rent a car from!

When issuing the car, it turned out that the speakers were not working in it. The employee said that they did not know about this malfunction and that in general it is the cheapest car and Field, so it is normal. Then I asked another manager what could be done about it, to which they replied that nothing, since, again, this is the cheapest car and this is a Field. I understand that the domestic Russian car industry is not very reliable and I would understand the situation if the speakers broke down during the lease. But they were broken initially – why it was impossible to check and fix it before my lease is decidedly unclear.
A separate story is the receipt and return of the car. On the website, you could choose to issue a car on a day off at an office in the city. In reality, it turned out that on weekends you can get a car exclusively at the airport. At that time, I was already in the city and I had to specially take a taxi across the city to the airport to pick up the car.
The delivery of the car was terrible. I handed over the car on a weekday, the return of the car was scheduled in the city center at the office. On the day of the car delivery, I was warned that I needed to write an hour before arrival. I wrote, arrived at the specified time (around 17:00) and it turned out that the office was closed (although it should work until 18:00) and that I had to wait for an employee. The employee arrived 30 minutes late, was rude and indignant that he had to come from the airport specifically to the office and that I could actually hand over the car at the airport. I came across this for the first time in 5 years of renting a car in different companies and countries, it seems to the employee that it is only important that he is comfortable, but the client does not care.
In general, the service is pretty poor, although the car itself is in good condition, except for the broken speakers. I have been using your services in Armenia for 3 years, but after this lease, I think about contacting another rental company next time, whose employees will not point out that I took the cheapest car (and apparently therefore you can communicate rudely with me, but there may be something in the car itself initially do not work) and will be punctual.

Брали в RentMotors KIA Rio X-line почти на две недели. Бодрая для своих 70+ ккм пробега машинка, никаких технических проблем с ней не было. Принимаются к оплате карты МИР. Депозит вернулся на карту уже через неделю. Цены божеские. Поставил бы пять звезд, но у нашей машины оказался просрочен техосмотр, а узнали мы об этом, да, от патрульной полиции. Выписали штраф (прокат мне его потом вернул), отобрали права. Пришлось ехать в банк, потом возвращать права, и еще в течение суток нас останавливали все патрули, в поле зрения которых мы попадали. И все же, это был хороший отпуск. 😀

Брали Рено Сандеро на неделю в начале июня, проехали 1.5к км по шикарной Армении. Машина была с пробегом 25к км, остались очень довольны и ценой и машиной. Огромное спасибо сотрудникам компании.

Брал солярис 18 года на майские праздники 2023 года, была практически единственная контора где оставались свободные машины на следующий день. Цена нормальная, выдали и приняли быстро, машина не усталая, приятные сотрудники.

Брали Форд Куга в марте 2023 года. Машина супер, объездили все горы, за 4 дня проехали 1500 км. Залог 400 баксов вернули полностью, даже за мойку не взяли. Оформление заняло 20 минут и 10 минут сдача машины. Контору рекомендую.

Машина оказалась старая, вонючая и грязная... В офисе в 10-10:30 утра менеджер не всегда бывает... Ещё взяли 100 долларов сверху за царапины, что есть половина стоимости аренды...
