I understand that I haven't signed a contract with them yet, but when they give me an estimate in which my floors are 2 squares larger than the ceilings in each room, trust drops, and if you ask for a recalculation, they drag it out for two days and ask to conclude a contract without listening to the client at all, then trust simply disappears
