I had my laptop repaired after it was flooded. It didn't turn on. Repaired, BUT! They didn't ask me if I needed repairs or not. They carried out repairs without my consent and demanded 150 bel. rubles. The problem is that the laptop is old, its market value is the same 150 rubles. The master answered the question "Why was the repair done without my consent?" with "It turned out that way." Well, it just so happens that 4 stars out of 5.

I ordered the laptop to be cleaned of dust. They said to take a walk for half an hour. I even came back a little earlier and the laptop was already waiting for me. Upon arrival at home, I opened the lid to install the ssd and what did I see under the lid? Dust on the components, dust on the cooler blades. It is clear that they did something according to the stickers on the components, but clearly they did not work too hard.

Disgusting service, lost time and money! And nerves! On August 11, I gave my laptop for repair. When working, all windows, folders, and documents began to close. A week later, the laptop was returned, it was just cleaned. When I came home, the problem remained as it was. I return to them, the master says - I did not find the problem, it turns out, I did not even understand what it was. Okay We show it again on the laptop, what's the problem. He takes it away again. Then - for 3 WEEKS (!) the laptop is in their service, then they waited for the keyboard, then the master was in the hospital for a week, during this time there was never a call or a warning that the repair was delayed. They just took the laptop away to lie there. They return the laptop, they say they changed the keyboard, returned the old one - everything works. They gave it away as it is. I come home - the problem has remained as it was. We couldn't do anything in this service for a month. A MONTH! As a result, other people changed the keyboard in one hour and everything works. The problem was solved in a day! We couldn't do anything in this service for a month! I do not advise you to contact here. Nerves and time are more expensive.

I repaired the phone about a month ago (only now there is time to write a review), the service and quality of service are super. The guys repaired the phone in the shortest possible time, because all the information on the phone was very important and urgently needed for work.(There was no time to transfer to another phone). I had to come to the guys a second time and did not regret it, but for a different reason. I bought sneakers for my daughter on USB charging, one sneaker stopped charging, they said in the usual shoe repair that they could not help in any way ((( I came to this phone repair and asked if they could help solve my problem with crosses, which they agreed to look at. And voila, they are the GODS OF REPAIR, they fixed the usb system in Krasovka. I was shocked that they even agreed to such a job with crossachs. Well done guys!!! Now I will always contact this service center.
