Friendly and supportive staff. Good breakfast. Tiny but cozy rooms, well air-conditioned and soundproofed (would benefit greatly if had a hygienic shower, though). Convenient location, although parking is an issue.

The hotel "Republic" is an excellent choice in terms of price/quality ratio. A real hidden gem among the pompous Marriott and other strong brands. The location is right in the heart of Yerevan! Everything is at hand: an exchange office, a grocery store and a fast food cafe SAS. There is also a famous tavern right on the corner and much more. The room is quite spacious, we came across a balcony and a view of the TV Tower — there is an illumination show every evening. But if you're tired, there are blackout curtains that don't let you know if it's day or night. The bed was a construction kit, but the "seam" was not very noticeable. The staff is just all sweethearts. Especially the maids. It felt like I didn't come to the hotel, but to my relatives =)) Breakfast is a separate poem. When we came to the first breakfast, we thought it was modest, but in the end, when we started to recruit, we realized that there was everything. Scrambled eggs can be ordered any day, and champagne is served on Sundays. My wife had a birthday the morning after she arrived, and they brought her a cake for breakfast and wished her a happy birthday. Guys, really, it was such a pleasant shock — the service in five-star hotels is not always so attentive. My sincere recommendations!

The hotel does not have a spa, but they offer to book a massage therapist in the room - this is convenient, but the masseur comes without a massage chair, does a massage right on the bed, which is too soft and absolutely unsuitable for this. This option is inconvenient for both the massage therapist and the client. Keep this in mind if you decide to book a massage. Otherwise, the specialists are pretty good. The rooms with a balcony are spacious and comfortable, the cosmetics in the bathroom are good

Nice and stylish hotel. Delicious food for breakfast. However, they make coffee and omelets for a long time./a soft-boiled egg. The rooms are cleaned and prepared. There is a luggage storage, 2 elevators, laundry room. In general, there are almost no disadvantages. All that's left is a good impression, and for that kind of money.

1 what I want to note is the location - the city center, 10-15 minutes walk to all the attractions. Popular restaurants nearby. 2 this is the territory of the hotel - quiet at night, nice and comfortable bar in front of the entrance. 3 rooms were on the 6th floor, 602. Very quiet. We didn't bother anyone, and no one bothered us. The sound insulation is good. 4 breakfasts - very, very, very tasty. Really, really. And quite diverse. But there is also an unpleasant moment that was somewhat disappointing, even upset - we left at night, at 4 a.m., breakfast at 7:00, unfortunately, we were not offered to put some kind of "dry ration" with us. Not that it was necessary for us, but considering that the cost of a room per night before the concert cost 150 thousand drams at the usual price of 3 times cheaper, we could have offered. In fact, if I didn't use the breakfast service, I could have refunded the money, but at 4 o'clock I didn't want to argue. Therefore, the sediment remained unpleasant.

I stayed at the Republic of Yerevan Hotel from April 10 to April 18, 2025 during my vacation. Caring and helpful staff. The reception staff is pleased with their confident command of English and Russian. The rooms are comfortable, the cleaning is conscientious. During my stay, I repeatedly made requests (to book a restaurant, leave things in the luggage room for a few days, etc.). Everything was perceived by the staff kindly and performed in good faith. I would like to mention the breakfasts at the hotel separately. They are generous in Armenian and from the bottom of their hearts. Special respect to the waiter Anna for her professionalism and attention to customers. I recommend this hotel when visiting Yerevan.

The hotel wins by its location. The very center. You can get to any point without any problems. The rooms are clean (there is something to compare in the center of Yerevan). We were treated to a cocktail at the entrance. But they didn't give me a bottle of water at the check-out, I'm not supposed to anymore. The breakfasts are delicious, but the choice is meager, and everything is a little bit, for a hotel on 9 floors, it's strange, everything was swept away almost like lightning, have time to grab it. It's certainly uncomfortable. Upon re-arrival, they could not refuse breakfast, as they had booked for booking. We left in the evening , asked to leave our things, and we went along with it, for which we are very grateful.

We visited in April 2025. It was clean, cleaned every day. The linen was already "crunching". The room is quiet, the windows overlook the courtyard, so you can sleep peacefully with the window open. The staff is friendly and courteous. We didn't take breakfast, so I can't say anything, but the hotel restaurant itself is pleasant. The hotel is located in the very center, the main facilities can be reached on foot. Exchangers and shops are also nearby.

Very nice guys at the reception. The breakfast is delicious. The cleaning is great. Overall, it felt like 10, but there were nuances.: It's a very small room (and it's probably written on the booking, but I'm a girl, I don't like to read). I was placed on the 5th floor, there was a restaurant terrace nearby, where a party was going on until night. To be honest, there should be a recommendation for my sleeping pills, because they allowed me to sleep and live my best life!😂❤️❤️❤️❤️

In general, it didn't work out for us with this hotel. We chose a hotel in the city center to stay during a business trip to Yerevan for a few days. Based on the reviews on the website and photos, we decided to stop. Upon arrival, we were asked for a deposit for a mini bar, which we were not informed about in advance. And as you know, our bank cards do not work abroad. It was not pleasant or convenient to resolve this issue. In other hotels, guests are offered a choice - you can opt out of the mini bar, close it, or pay according to the price list when leaving the hotel (especially since the room was fully checked at check-out, all towels and pillows were counted. But the hotel does not initially provide a bathrobe, so you need to take it with you). The room is not large in size, but it looks stylish. I didn't like that there was some strange smell from the bed linen, the bathroom was getting tired, the mirror frame was already starting to peel off, and there were traces of stains. But there are problems with the shower - when using the shower, water runs down the glass and forms a puddle on the bathroom floor. I didn't sleep very well at night because the doors were very thin and I could hear everyone and everything in the hallway and the neighboring rooms. The breakfast is good, there is a choice, the products are of high quality. In addition, the hotel did not meet us halfway when we had to leave 1 day earlier, we warned 2 days before departure. But they refused to refund the amount already paid for the last night. The motivation for this was "the hotel has a high workload." But in general, a good hotel and friendly staff.

The rooms are clean, tidy, and generally not bad. However, at first we were given a room with one window 30 cm wide (the room was dark even during the day), but they quickly changed it. The view from the window of both rooms was on the clotheslines of neighboring houses with drying underpants. The breakfasts were not impressive. The champagne ran out on the very first glass. The overpriced price for such a "service". One of the advantages is the location of the hotel.

About the number· The room is tiny, dark and boring, with very low ceilings on all floors, including the reception area and the restaurant. I expected to spend time in a beautiful Armenian city hotel, live in an ethnic-style room with a carpet on the wall, but it turned out to be wallpaper printed on an advertising film - it was very discouraging. It also seemed strange that a stylish hotel seemed to have the cheapest white tea utensils. It's not the cheapest hotel, but nevertheless they ask guests to make an advance payment in cash. If you are so afraid that the guests will drink your alcohol and not pay for it, take it away! We didn't need him at all, and you're terribly annoying with this absolutely inhospitable gesture! And it becomes a shame for the owners of the hotel with the name Republic.… Breakfast was uninteresting, because for 5k you can eat in very new and instagrammable cafes nearby: Nono, Mart.. and there's hotel cheese and an omelet for that money.. why
