The hotel is great. Location is very easy to reach and central. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is also comprehensive and all ingredients are fresh. Most importantly the team is very courteous and helpful, special Thank you to Tamar from reception for always being so friendly and wearing a beautiful smile all the time.

I stayed at the Republic of Yerevan Hotel from April 10 to April 18, 2025 during my vacation. Caring and helpful staff. The reception staff is pleased with their confident command of English and Russian. The rooms are comfortable, the cleaning is conscientious. During my stay, I repeatedly made requests (to book a restaurant, leave things in the luggage room for a few days, etc.). Everything was perceived by the staff kindly and performed in good faith. I would like to mention the breakfasts at the hotel separately. They are generous in Armenian and from the bottom of their hearts. Special respect to the waiter Anna for her professionalism and attention to customers. I recommend this hotel when visiting Yerevan.

A very cozy hotel with a good location. It takes 5-15 minutes to walk to all the sights. Nearby there is an exchange and convenience stores. The breakfasts are delicious and quite varied. Very friendly, caring and hospitable staff. We are absolutely thrilled!

A wonderful hotel! Good location: the central Republic Square is a 7-minute walk away. Cozy, friendly staff, breakfasts - with fresh berries, raspberries, blackberries, figs, very tasty pastries and basturma)) The rooms are small but very cozy. The atmosphere is homely)) There is a veranda on the street where you can order all the dishes from the hotel restaurant. We really liked it)) Thank you, we will recommend it!

We visited in April 2025. It was clean, cleaned every day. The linen was already "crunching". The room is quiet, the windows overlook the courtyard, so you can sleep peacefully with the window open. The staff is friendly and courteous. We didn't take breakfast, so I can't say anything, but the hotel restaurant itself is pleasant.
The hotel is located in the very center, the main facilities can be reached on foot. Exchangers and shops are also nearby.

In general, it didn't work out for us with this hotel. We chose a hotel in the city center to stay during a business trip to Yerevan for a few days. Based on the reviews on the website and photos, we decided to stop. Upon arrival, we were asked for a deposit for a mini bar, which we were not informed about in advance. And as you know, our bank cards do not work abroad. It was not pleasant or convenient to resolve this issue. In other hotels, guests are offered a choice - you can opt out of the mini bar, close it, or pay according to the price list when leaving the hotel (especially since the room was fully checked at check-out, all towels and pillows were counted. But the hotel does not initially provide a bathrobe, so you need to take it with you). The room is not large in size, but it looks stylish. I didn't like that there was some strange smell from the bed linen, the bathroom was getting tired, the mirror frame was already starting to peel off, and there were traces of stains. But there are problems with the shower - when using the shower, water runs down the glass and forms a puddle on the bathroom floor. I didn't sleep very well at night because the doors were very thin and I could hear everyone and everything in the hallway and the neighboring rooms. The breakfast is good, there is a choice, the products are of high quality. In addition, the hotel did not meet us halfway when we had to leave 1 day earlier, we warned 2 days before departure. But they refused to refund the amount already paid for the last night. The motivation for this was "the hotel has a high workload." But in general, a good hotel and friendly staff.

We spent the New Year holidays at this hotel and were satisfied. I would like to mention the very polite staff who are trying very hard. Including the staff of the restaurant at breakfast.
The room is clean, daily cleaning.
There is a very comfortable sofa in the room with a panoramic window, on which it is pleasant to relax. There are necessary utensils, a kettle, coffee/tea, water is replenished, slippers, cosmetics, dry wipes and dental kits (only cotton pads and chopsticks were missing). A very comfortable bed with snow-white linens and high-quality pillows.
Of the disadvantages in the room, I can note a small, rather cramped entrance group (there is nowhere to place shoes, you need to put them in the closet). And in sub-zero weather, the room cools down a lot and needs to be heated with a rather noisy system, which also dehumidifies the air. Sleeping with the system turned on is quite difficult, you don't really rest.
The most important advantage of this hotel is of course the location. You can walk and enjoy the beauty around.
I would also like to mention that the breakfasts are quite varied and delicious, but there are minor problems with the appliances in the restaurant. It would be nice to make them freely available to guests. For example, teaspoons had to be begged as if they were in short supply.
Price = quality, I recommend it!

The main advantages: The hotel staff took into account all our wishes when booking, the hotel's very good location, stylish design, and delicious varied breakfasts.
Cons: the room has a very small entrance area (it is difficult for 2 people to pass and there is nowhere to put shoes/things), an outdated split system (it makes a lot of noise for heating and dries the air).

We rested at this hotel on 18.11.2023-21.11.2023. Everything is very decent, polite staff, always prompt on any questions. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied. The only remark is the lack of heating.It's cold in the room in the evenings. Yes, the blankets are warm, there are no questions at night, but it's uncomfortable to sit in the room in the evening. Another note is the lack of overhead lighting in room 611. Yes, there is a floor lamp and bedside lamps, but there is not enough overhead lighting. It would be possible to attach an LED strip. In all other respects, the hotel is not bad.

In general, the hotel justifies its cost, the room is very clean, quite spacious, but without air conditioning it is quite cool, and the air conditioner is very noticeably noisy. The temperature in the shower is a couple of degrees lower than in the room as a whole, and the pressure from the shower leaves much to be desired. I liked the breakfasts.

Thank you for your hospitality! The hotel justifies its 4—star rating - it has very caring staff and a great location in the city center.
Which I didn't like very much:
1. The restaurant is quite expensive, the prices are like in an expensive Moscow restaurant (one dish ~ 1000 rubles). The waiters rarely smile, the dishes are taken out silently and not voiced. If you order a lot, it's not obvious which dish you end up eating if you haven't met him before.
2. The climate control in the rooms is poor. There is no heating, but only "ventilation" with heating, which is noticeably noisy. When the temperature is below +5, you have to sleep with her, and this is not pleasant.
3. The pressure of hot water is much weaker than cold water.
4. Cappuccino is not included in the price for breakfast. As well as additional dishes like eggs Benedict.
5. The Internet is bad. It is constantly disconnected from the laptop, there is no call. For some reason, it's better from the phone, but the speed is such that the video does not play non-stop.

I liked the hotel. It is conveniently located two steps from Republic Square. The rooms are modern. Everything is convenient and thought out. The bathtub is large, although there are not enough hooks for clothes. The breakfasts are delicious, but modest. The staff is polite and helps with everything.
