The clinic is large. Doctors, at least the one who dealt with our issue, are professionals who not only formally approach solving the patient's problems, but study the problem in detail, approach both from the medical and psychological side. You can take all the tests on the spot and get the result almost immediately without running around and fuss. The parking lot is large and free. The staff is polite, ranging from nurses to the faculty. The price tag is not to say that it is very expensive, but in principle acceptable.

I am very disappointed with the experience of visiting this medical center. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I counted on professionalism and high-quality service.
From the very beginning, I faced language difficulties at the reception, where the staff does not speak either Russian or English. This significantly hampered communication and created additional difficulties. In addition, the lack of a price list for services both on the site and in the center itself causes misunderstanding and distrust. It turned out to be impossible to get clear information about the cost of services, and the prices announced by the doctor were prohibitively high.
The price of tests and mole removal was shocking. A request for 2,645,000 soums for tests and 3,000,000 soums for removing a 0.5 cm mole with a laser seems absurd, given the availability of more inexpensive alternatives. While searching for more reasonable prices, I found another medical center where services were provided almost four times cheaper.
In addition, the lack of written documentation and medical reports, as well as the provision of test results only in Uzbek, despite my request to receive them in Russian, create additional inconveniences and questions to the professionalism of the center.
It feels like a bazaar...maybe it is customary to bargain here and in medical centers?
In general, the impression of visiting this medical center leaves much to be desired. I hope my feedback will be taken into account to improve the quality of medical care at this center.
