Resam is such an amazing and high-quality clinic in all aspects: professionalism, cleanliness, and high-quality communication with patients from the moment you take an appointment until you sit for treatment. I was lucky to go to Resam and in particular to Dr. Raafat Al-Khazaali, who is not just a professional dentist but an artist who confidently coordinates between his eyes and fingers through the microscope to skillfully and successfully treat your teeth. I had a very sensitive case and my two crowns were supposed to be removed to treat a deep infection in the roots. Dr. Raafat Al-Khazaali gave me the consultation first to explain the process and how the work will be done without the need to remove the crowns (microscopic treatment), which by default can save cost and time. It was great for me to know that I did not have to wait until other crowns were ready. I was impressed by the level of empathy Dr. Raafat Al-Khazaali has towards his patients, as he prioritizes how the patient feels during and after the treatment. When Dr. Raafat Al-Khazaali treats your teeth, you are in very safe hands. He is extremely experienced and confident and can accurately anticipate how things will be after treatment. I never had any trouble after each stage of my teeth treatment. Together with the nurse Veronika, Dr. Raafat Al-Khazaali always has a positive treatment environment. The nurse, Veronkia, makes the room full of light because of her beautiful and welcoming smile. She is very professional and thoughtful in observing what the doctor and the patient need. The ladies at the reception are very responsive when taking an appointment and very welcoming with a warm smile. I appreciated that they used to respond to my messages in English and were always on time. In summary, I was so lucky to be treated by Dr. Raafat Al-Khazaali, who is the top in knowledge, experience, and empathy. I highly recommend Resam Clinic, and I would like to massively thank the top management, Dr. Raafat Al-Khazaali, the nurse Veronika, and the reception ladies. Resam is the best! Thank you so much, Dr. Raafat Al-Khazaali!

2 года обслуживаюсь в этой клинике. Врач Граф Никита в 20 числах мая 2024 провел сложнейшую операцию по установке имплантов. Далее врач Дмитрий Сергеевич, установил коронки на данную конструкцию. Коронки за эти годы в отличном состоянии Качеством и объемом услуг полностью удовлетворен.Большая благодарность врачам, вы - профи своего дела!!!
