I brought my father to FGDS with sedation .I'm just amazed by the endoscopy department.In my opinion, the department has the kindest doctors from Almaty.For the first time, the head of Alma Serikovna consulted herself, it is clear that she treats every patient with reverence, unlike other heads, especially in Kalkaman 7, just to eat and look at the computer.Alma Serikovna told me how and what to do, that I shouldn't run 100 times, how to get my father through the clinic, because it's impossible for old people to pass through the courtyard, and today they didn't just go through the procedure, she explained everything in detail.. all the staff is polite, kind, it's just incredible, I've never seen such a kind attitude anywhere.

Polyclinic for the treatment of adult and complex diseases, excellent cardiology, Department of Internal Diseases, one of the best clinics in Kazakhstan. There are paid and free branches (through the medical portal). The food is dietary, not nasty. Clean and tidy. It is one of the few places of good EchoCG, cornorography, CABG and other interesting operations. Don't get sick.

After installing the device in the hallway, an employee of the medical staff literally attacked me!!! I have never seen such a level of rudeness!!! What criteria are used to recruit employees at this research institute??? People with different health problems come there! Is that how you treat me??? Just the lowest degree of ignorance, rudeness. Nurses forget to give out medicine, perform preparatory procedures before surgery, or just mark the completion, but do not do it! It's terrible! At the same time, people are good-natured, responsive.
