Polite staff, high-quality things, every time I come in and the eye is happy. It's nice that there are still such stores. I have never encountered rudeness, they are always polite and pleasant guys. It's a hard job, they run like bees, but it doesn't affect the quality of service in any way!

The service is terrible, things are all rumpled, the staff can not cope with their duties. We asked and searched for someone who can steam ONE thing for its subsequent purchase. No one agreed, under the pretext that there were few employees. We've never seen anything like this before!
