I do not recommend contacting you, there is a possibility that you will be deceived as well as me. I brought the system unit with the problem that the computer stopped loading. I was told that the diagnosis is paid, 35p. I was ashamed and after 2 working days the manager called me back and said that the motherboard was dead, when asked what exactly burned, they told me that the chip on the motherboard (socket) burned down, they said that it made no sense to solder it easier to replace the motherboard. I said that I was taking the receiver, I gave 35 rubles for the diagnosis. Then I bought a new motherboard and it turned out that it didn't work either. I took a processor from another computer, inserted it into a new motherboard and, lo and behold, everything worked, I inserted a working percentage. in the old motherboard, the old motherboard also worked. Thus, I was deceived by 35p. I am sure that if I turn to the service now with a complaint, they will start to deny, like we don't know anything.

We agreed that I would pick up the phone like this. I arrived at this office by the time we agreed, but there was no phone. The master returned the phone for another week, but eventually brought it straight home. That's the only advantage. UPD: a guy in tg from Vietnam helped me with an unusual situation, he flashed the phone remotely in 5 minutes and for only $ 20.

I was repairing a Dell inspiron 15 7537 laptop with a faulty matrix backlight. The diagnosis was made in a day. The cost for the repair was 130 rubles (repair of the matrix power supply circuit and replacement of the fuse) they told me to do it the next day, but apparently something went wrong. The repair was completed in three days. I paid for it, took the laptop home, conducted the test, it works fine. They gave a warranty for repairs. I did not like the fact that they did not repair it in the time that they promised, as well as the fact that they raised the cooling system (thanks for applying a normal thermal paste and installing thermo gaskets). I also didn't like the fact that they announced on the phone that the matrix power controller would be replaced, but the documents did not indicate that it had been replaced. Also, in my opinion, the price is too high. I give 4 stars for the disadvantages that I mentioned. Based on my impressions of other workshops, I will say that they repair and are quite good👍

Cons: I called about replacing the ssd drive on the laptop + reinstalling Windows with the transfer of all working data on the working laptop - "I'll check with the master and call back." I called back a week later as soon as I had free time. Pros: the job is done properly. After I took the computer from the service, it turned out that the main error that caused the computer to be handed over was not eliminated (I did not report this error when I handed over the computer, because I believed that the paid work would eliminate it by default). On the call, they offered to bring the computer back, took it away for a few days, did testing and the master explained that the reason for the error was in RAM (DDR2 4 GB) for a long time.they do not produce and it is difficult to find - I know from experience and the price bites a lot ...), for which I am grateful and give a separate respect. When handing over the equipment, I will talk about such things another time, not counting on what I read or heard somewhere. Thanks for the work - I will continue to contact (we serve their office computers)
