It's a very depressing area. The rooms are not bad, but they are not equipped in any way. All issues are solved slowly.

Excellent price-quality ratio. The renovation was recent, the rooms are small and cozy. It is convenient to get to the railway station and bus station on Livinsky. The only Afro-Arab quarter, calico for an amateur!)
