A normal hotel, with its own minor flaws. We lived for 2 days, at least the dental kits were not replenished, the trash was not taken out, the towels were not changed. For me, the mattress is very hard, but this is more a personal preference than an objective assessment. We asked for a second blanket upon arrival, but they couldn't help us with it, and they politely refused. The staff are all friendly. The breakfasts are normal, but for some reason everything is cold. There is parking in front of the hotel, which is important, as I understand there are difficulties with this in Bishkek.

A good hotel, one of the options where we stay with our family, the rooms themselves are different, there are suites and standards, there were two local standards, I note that in the rooms (except for the suite, I can not speak since I was not there) there is no minibar, and an ordinary tea set, the rooms themselves are quite spacious, there is also a work desk TV, although there is no channel television in it, but YouTube and similar services work without problems, everything is fine regarding the staff, they work 24/7 and are always polite, of the cons I can note that the restaurant is not very good, however this is compensated by the fact that there are three restaurants near the hotel, but if it is inconvenient for you to leave the room in order to eat then This is going to be a problem.

There was no refrigerator-there was a niche instead! From the positive, you can also select a buffet breakfast for 3 out of 5 points! The situation was especially disappointing when 10,000 rubles and 2,000 som were not counted at home (a day later)! Keep in mind that there is no internal lock in the room, and staff can enter at any time! In my situation, they asked me to wake up at 3.30 am. Two guys, before they woke me up, looked for money for themselves, and only then they woke me up! A very unpleasant situation! Be careful with the cash!

Having changed cash rubles in the exchanger at the rate of 1:1.24, I gave 10100 Kyrgyz soms at the hotel. After contacting the hotel in advance, I found out that they do not accept payment in rubles using cards. The 5-storey city hotel is located in the south of Bishkek in the private sector. It was less than half full. The hotel is beautiful and clean, justifies its 4*. Our room was 18 squares with a view of the courtyard and the mountains. The room had everything you needed: a large bed with a hard mattress and comfortable linens, a 32-inch flat-screen TV with many channels in Russian, a split system, fast free Internet. There was no safe or refrigerator. The water was always hot and cold. We cleaned daily and changed towels. The dining room is on the 1st floor, we went down from the 3rd floor by elevator for breakfast. They served delicious food according to the buffet system. The fruits were apples and tangerines. I spent one evening in the lobby bar of the hotel. The Kyrgyz vodka and cognac were of excellent quality. I brought a bottle of cognac "Kyrgyzstan" to Moscow.

My wife will write the main review on booking. In short: the day before departure, a hotel employee tore up the passport of the Russian Federation. The epic of finding a solution has begun. Neither the manager nor the employee offered any help in solving the problem. As compensation, they offered to drink lemonade (!!!) (we spent a day and a half on trips to the police, the embassy, calls, etc. instead of resting and watching the city for the last few days). And the overall impression of the country... well, you know. There is no sound insulation in the room, we listened to elevator music all night and how someone checks in, leaves, talks, etc. I do not recommend this hotel in any case. He clearly does not deserve 4 stars.

Terrible breakfasts, everything is cold and of poor quality. There is not always hot water, if you are lucky. The laundry washes for 2 days and still brings the clothes raw, the price tag is horse. The only plus is the Internet. What's the point of keeping an English-speaking Indian in the kitchen? He doesn't even know how to heat food in the microwave.

This is the first time we have seen such late ones. Recalculation is impossible in this strange place. After long discussions, they said that it was possible to make a light breakfast. And, as always, nothing is ready in the morning and it is necessary to remind, and breakfast is clearly extremely stale products! 3) They asked for an invoice for the accountant on the first day, the administrator did not succeed immediately, he said he would prepare it by the evening. Naturally, they did not prepare it, on the 5th day after frequent reminders and calls, it also did not help. One solution, you have to stand near the administrator for 40 minutes and tell him what to do, and even then, from the first time, as always, nothing works out and clearly there are some "things" of your own and you have to ask more than once to redo the cash receipt, since accounting obviously will not miss. Again, they are stirring up something there. 4) Administrators! A separate story. For so many illiterate and client-oriented people, it was still necessary to find. And their faces ....
