We rented an apartment here for a month. It seems like a new house, but a blunder was built.
1. there are cracks of different widths everywhere, something is already starting to fall off. Somehow everything is done crookedly, although it looks OK.
2. It does not catch cellular communication well, it is impossible to get through; the Internet slows down or disappears in KV - on the first floors in all stores it does not catch the Internet at all, as in the basement.
3. From 9 a.m., hell begins with drills and hammers from all sides.
4. A very, very noisy road nearby, respectively, you will not fall asleep with the windows open because of inadequate drivers drifting and honking. Constantly!
5. Audibility in apartments: one of the neighbors can be heard dropping objects from above.
6. Undisturbed operation of elevators. You can try to call one of the 3 elevators for a very long time, let's say, upstairs, but people heading down will stay on the floor and not go anywhere.
Among the advantages : the view of the beautiful mountains, the Playground and the courtyard are really interesting, the MalinaMix restaurant, a 10-minute walk from Mega Almaty. But I wouldn't buy an apartment for myself here. The quality of the finishing of houses and apartments from the developer is not very good. What will happen to the houses in 5 years? For renting, except that.

Excellent LCD. But there are few parking spaces inside for guests. Basically everything is normal. Closed territory. Sites. Boutiques and shops. There is a MEga and a new sports complex nearby. Several schools and a kindergarten.

We lived here for several days. The complex as a whole is very good. Modern, not very noisy, lots of good cafes. The main disadvantage is to get into the entrance at night without a key, having the apartment lock code. There was no security in our house, the door opens with a key or a face. Quest.
