The residential complex claims to be "Elite", as they call themselves. But, elevators break down regularly, they got stuck 3 times in a few months. There is an underground parking, but there is no exit to the entrance, and it is carried out by a very steep and narrow staircase - it is impossible to get out with bags and children. The yard is not bad, but because of the construction sites around it is very dusty and children constantly come home with dirty feet and hands - the dust gets into their shoes. The location is not very convenient: there are simply no shops or cafes within walking distance. As for me, the LCD is highly overrated.
