Excellent location. A closed courtyard. There are many offices and shopping centers nearby. The bus stop is close. There are not enough greenery and tents in the courtyard. A slightly tired complex.

Convenient location. The transport goes in different directions. Opposite is the Arystan market. Shops, Magnum supermarket nearby. 2The disadvantage: the courtyard could have been improved more comfortably and the studio kitchen was a HUGE DISADVANTAGE. Especially for Kazakhs: beshparmaks,baursaks, kuyrdaks, etc. Frying, steaming and all the smells around the house. I'm generally AGAINST these STUDIO KITCHENS!!! And so those who don't cook much will do. p.e. a solid FOUR stars out of five.
