Пытался поменять номер телефона в полисе ОСАГО. Такой опции нет в принципе. Говорят - поменяйте в Госуслугах и потом зайдите в Ресо через Госуслуги. Поменял. Номер обновился, но при верификации для оформления полиса, СМС все так же отправляет на старый номер, который уже не работает. А поддержка упрямо твердит - следуйте нашей "инструкции". Бардак и безобразие!
