обратилась в офис с просьбой о замене полиса ОМС в июне 2015года! вместо обещанных 30 дней прошел уже год! несколько раз напоминала сотрудникам о себе и своей просьбе - ответа нет! полиса нет! очередной обман и полное неуважение к клиентам!
