Немного конечно запуталась куда идти, потому что вывески не увидела. Нужно заходить в саму поликлинику. Спасибо большое, полис оформили очень быстро!

Вход из детской поликлиники, последний кабинет по коридору налево от входа. Для посещения ужна предварительная запись. Поменяли полис за 15 минут, работник страховой оперативно решила возникшие проблемы.
