Came to this office to do my Compulsory medical insurance, I entered the office they were two ladies setting at their desks, no lines no queues no clients, I asked them to help me in applying for my Compulsory medical insurance, they asked if I booked an appointment ( supposedly now they have a rule, which didn’t previously, that you need to book an appointment online before coming) I answered that I didn’t book an appointment due to me not knowing that i have to, anyways, I asked if it ok to book now online since i see that the spots for the current window aren’t take (i concluded that after I saw that no clients were there at all) the ladies said that they are all booked, I proceed to ask if it’s all booked then why aren’t there anyone there being served?! And if they can help me since they aren’t busy helping anyone? And since they are booked and zero people were there then they could help, I got a spamming answer that they can’t do anything about it! I shut the door and head out. Issue: this Reso-med office is one of the very few of this company’s that does the Compulsory medical insurance for foreigners, and with the situation above (them being booked till the end of February) it seems like a waste of time for any self-respecting person. Conclusion: I called Max-m insurance company and they said that any single office of theirs can help foreigners with their Compulsory medical insurance, so don’t waste your time with this company and just go to Max-m insurance, no need to book priorly, almost no queues or lines, took 7-10 mins to finish the whole procedure, the policy was ready in literally 2 days or less!

Пришла по старому расположению офиса (там сейчас СДЭК), навигатор водил кругами, пришлось звонить за пояснениями на горячую линию - терпеливо объяснили как найти 109 офис. Большое спасибо оператору Наталье. По предварительной записи, без ожидания, была возможность и меня приняли раньше времени, поэтому не пришлось ждать. Очень вежливый персонал.
