Приехал забирать свой полис ОМС в рабочий день в указанное в уведомлении рабочее время (3 августа в 12:30). На месте была сотрудница, которая не смогла выдать мне полис, потому что «ключи увезли, приходите завтра». Хоть бы предупреждали, что выдача полиса это вопрос везения, а не профессиональной работы сотрудников
