This is a failure, gentlemen. We booked a room, arrived, and from the very beginning we were asked to wait to escort a group of guests at once. Well, OK, they led, part of the group ran ahead - they were told everything, it was as if they had forgotten about us. They gave me the keys and that was it, without telling me about the breakfast time, or about the possibilities and services of the resort, no information. Well ok. It turned out that our balcony does not open (locked). For 3 days, we asked three different admins to solve this, everyone nodded and ... nothing further. One said, "Oh, this is the room where you lost the key to the balcony!" it's more fun: the shower has water only by the hour, this schedule is not observed at all (a couple of hours a day? Seriously?!), The shower flows like a trickle and only cold water. You need to hold it in your hands; since the mount at the top is probably left over from the previous shower, it does not fit. Stunningly. Next, the restaurant: the service is sooooo long, although there are 2 couples and a bunch of waiters for the whole restaurant. For example, we waited 48 minutes for a simple tea. Just tea! Then we ordered food: they brought me a tomato salad, where there was a rotten tomato right in the middle in the most visible place. Not to notice - there are no options, that is, the cook considered it possible to give it away, and the waiter to pick it up and take it to the guest ... already says a lot. The grilled vegetables were simply fried and drowned in oil (which was almost spilled on me - it was spilled on the board and table itself, I was lucky, it didn't get on me) along with the steak. In short, the food is just a disaster. For drinks: the ice is out, there is no wine in the glasses, no cognac either. We ordered tuna pate from the appetizers - the pate itself is normal, but they brought us stale bread and soggy croutons…The only thing that was acceptable was pizza, but you won't get too full of it. After visiting the resort, I had stomach problems and diarrhea... we ate and drank only what was offered at the resort. Our room was not cleaned, all complaints and requests were answered with "we do not have enough staff." If there is not enough staff, then you do not need to take such a large number of guests!!! Separately, about the pool: muddy, green, with dirty precipitation along the edge ... we did not dare to swim there. Not a foot here anymore, we were already waiting to leave, and on the day of departure we left early in the morning. In conclusion, I will add that on International Women's Day (here it is also a holiday and a day off) there are no paraphernalia around, none of the managers even congratulated the guests, which was also disappointing. I do not recommend the place categorically. Two stars with a stretch just over the ocean and the beach.
