The staff is friendly and professional, and all our requests receive only a positive response and assistance at any stage. The check-in took a couple of minutes. I booked the rooms in advance, which saved me, because there are no places. It is necessary to take care of your stay in this luxury hotel in advance. The room costs 25,000 tenge per day. The bathroom is clean, the room is comfortable, and a bed for one person is fine. Everything is within walking distance, since the city is not big. The dinner was great, the photos are proof of that. It feels like everything in the hotel is thought out and smart. Even a light with a motion sensor on the street and in the corridors. I recommend it to everyone.
