Probably the only more or less normal hotel in Balkhash. Rooms from 30 thousand. For 30 thousand you get a room the size of a booth, a hair dryer with a cord torn off, either shampoo or shower gel, and breakfast in the form of two eggs and a sausage - it's not worth all your money. There's another hotel at the other end of the road, they have the same owner, but it costs half as much. We were there on Friday evening, we took the last two numbers. There were no more available rooms in Balkhash. So it should be borne in mind.

The hair dryer doesn't work, there's not a single outlet in the toilet at all! Everyone smokes electronic cigarettes all the time, the smell is disgusting. The price per night is more than half the cost per day. I didn't like anything, the floor covering is dirty, the mattresses are also not in the best condition. The reception does not answer calls from the room. In the restaurant, if you are late for breakfast, there is nothing to eat, there is nothing!

In general, the hotel is not bad with good repair. The only drawback is that due to the non-working drain system, the shower tray overflows with water and it begins to flow out. Because of this, they had to wipe the floor with foot towels, for which the administration wanted to fine visitors. Otherwise, there were no complaints.

We stayed here 2 times. On the way to Astana from Almaty and on the way back. Everything is quite cozy for the room prices. We stayed in a Suite and there was enough room for everyone: with my wife and children.

A great hotel, polite staff, the breakfasts are awesome, the rooms are chic, especially the bed, the bed absorbs you. The rooms have 3 towels, a disposable toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, slippers. Television works without interruptions.

The hotel and the room stock are all outdated. В целом хорошая гостиница в сравнении с другими, которые доступны в городе Балхаш. Номера убирают по требованию. Завтрак включен в стоимость проживания. Локация слегка неудобная (вдали от центра города), но в принципе в самой гостинице пообедать и поужинать также можно. В ванной обнаружил присутствие муравьев, но благо дальше ванны в номер они не вылезали.

Вот, прям пятерка гостинице! Восьмой отель в нашем длительном путешествии по Узбекистану и Казахстану. Приехали в районе 10 вечера, уставшие и голодные. А тут до 11 кухня работает, с отличным меню, нас было пять человек с разными предпочтениями. Никуда не пришлось бежать, чтобы найти где поесть… Сам отель уютный и недорогой. Молодцы!

Очень даже неплохая гостиница, вопреки нашим ожиданиям. Номер чистый и уютный постельное белье свежее. В ресторане вкусный судак, дорого но свежайший. Остановились на одну ночь по пути в Алмату.

Самая лучшая гостиница в Балхаше. Очень чисто, номера аккуратные. Кафе на первом этаже лучше всех остальных кафе в городе 👌 жаль что в курортном городе так мало таких мест🤷🏽♀️

Хороший отель, останавливался здесь на одну ночь, стоимость 20k тг. Вежливый персонал, симпатичный интерьер, номера небольшие, чистенькие. В номере вроде тоже всего хватало. На улице очень большая парковка. Четверка за очень маленькие порции на завтраке, прям микроскопические. Рекомендую место.

Гостиница очень хорошая, все чисто, имеются необходимые туалетные принадлежности. Персонал вежливый. Непременно выбрала бы вновь этот отель местом прибывания в городе.

Пожалуй, самая лучшая гостиница в Балхаше! Чисто! За доп плату кормят завтраками. Ресепшен не очень приветливый, но не хамят! Можно рекомендовать!

В номере приятная атмосфера, чистое постельное белье и полотенца, есть кондиционер, но пульт от него нам не дали. В лобби баре вкусная еда. Завтрак за отдельную плату
Из минусов неработающий фен, не закрывалась дверь в душевой, в номере было очень жарко из-за раскалённой батареи и не слишком приветливая девушка на ресепшене.

В гостинице очень тепло, несмотря на мороз за окном. Чисто. Все аккуратно убрано. Завтрак вкусный , на выбор несколько вариантов сетов.

Достаточно хорошая гостиница. Останавливались на одну ночь, были проездом. На наш взгляд, цена за номер стандарт высокая. В номере чисто, постель свежая.

Негостеприимный персонал. Уставшие матрасы. Душные, пропахшие номера. От постельного белья пахнет стиральным порошком и бараниной. Вокруг отеля частный сектор - в прохладное время дым от печек летит в открытое окно номера. Стандартный номер рассчитан на двоих, но в нем почему-то
комплект расходников (полотенца, зубная щетка, тапочки, стаканчик) рассчитан на одного человека. При этом на ресепшене видят, что в номер заселяются двое, но всё равно не выдают дополнительный комплект. Приходиться просить. В номере отсутствует электрочайник, кто успел, тот взял его на ресепшене. Кто не успел, тот остался без чая и доширака. Утром рекомендую идти в душ пораньше. Иначе когда основной поток постояльцев пойдет мыться можно остаться без горячей воды ( центральный нагреватель не будет успевать нагревать воду).

Хороший отель. Чистенько , аккуратно. Не плохие завтраки. Единственное не везёт с администраторами, сколько раз остановился, не встречал не одной вежливой, гостеприимной. Такое ощущение что без спроса к ним домой приехал ))

Номера чистые, уютные. Персонал приветливый. Еда вкусная. Завтраки на выбор 4вида. Вайфай плохо ловил, пользовался своим интернетом. Жили на третьем этаже, лифт отсутствует. Имеется навесы для машины.
