My visit to this medical center left me with a bitter impression. From the very beginning, I was faced with the problem of the discrepancy between the prices indicated on their website and in reality. This is even though the site already had 2 different price columns (apparently for locals and foreigners).
At the entrance to the clinic, I faced problems with the organization of work: only two of the 7 registries were working, and a crowd of people broke the queue in them. It was also unclear exactly where to apply. There is a terminal for issuing coupons, but all TVs do not work. It turns out that the registrar himself calls on the ticket. Since I applied to this clinic for the first time, I needed a copy of my passport. But they don't have a printer and scanner, so I had to leave the clinic and walk to the nearest kiosk. The appointment is paid first at the checkout, and then you go to the doctor.
I went to a mammologist because of a small lump in my chest. Everything was examined quite carefully, but the doctor began to constantly talk about the need to have children at my age.
I was asked to undergo an examination, and I assumed that it was about a breast ultrasound. I had to go down to the cashier and pay for the services. The announced amount turned out to be 1,300,000 sums, which was shocking, because we were going to do only a breast ultrasound, and it can't possibly cost that much. It turned out that the price included: consultation with a neurologist, endocrinologist and ultrasound of literally the WHOLE BODY (breast, uterus, appendages, lymph nodes, liver, gallbladder, spleen, bladder). It was impossible to refuse certain examinations at the checkout, it was necessary to return to the doctor so that he would issue a new check. It turns out that additional studies were proposed without a proper explanation of the need and without the possibility of choice. It seems to me unfair and aimed at siphoning off money. When I came to the doctor again, I asked to remove unnecessary examinations, because I did not have time to undergo them. Returning to the cashier again, it turned out that the doctor had cheated and removed only consultations with other doctors, leaving extra ultrasounds, which did not significantly reduce the amount to 800,000 amounts. I decided not to give up ultrasound anyway, as I had not undergone such procedures for a long time.
The queue for the ultrasound was not very long - only four people, but I still had to wait about an hour. Keep in mind that there are some ill-mannered people who stand right next to you when the corridor is literally free and strive to slip ahead of you. Fortunately, the doctors who performed the ultrasound were professionally attentive and careful.
The mammologist assured me that there is nothing terrible, and everything is connected with the fact that I do not have children. He ordered additional tests so that I could see for myself, but I still did not understand what exactly they could show. A mammologist should not give advice or comments on a patient's personal life decisions, such as the decision to have children. This is a violation of medical ethics and the patient's personal boundaries.
The prescribed medications raised doubts: 3 of which are impossible to find and it is unclear whether they exist, 1 remedy for constipation, 1 dietary supplement for the liver and 1 really necessary ointment. They will not give you any conclusion on your hands, so be sure to photograph all the test results.
The women's bathroom turned into a real nightmare: the smell from there was so strong and unpleasant that it seemed as if the walls themselves were suffocating. The window was wide open to somehow get rid of this stench, which made it very cold. Instead of a normal toilet, there were just holes in the floor.
In general, I can say that I will never want to visit this clinic again.

Terrible conditions, unsanitary conditions, buildings are collapsing. There is only one gynecologist for the entire republican oncology. The queue has to wait for 2-3 hours at least.
