I came to this institution in order to buy educational literature. The problems started with a phone call to clarify how books can be purchased at this institution in general. They ran into me on the phone that everything is on the site and you need to come and personally buy it. Okay. The location and everything else is not important - I come to the office where I was directed by phone. Here I continued to be toxed by aunts of the level "Which author of the book? Why did you come here without knowing the author? How will you pay? With a card and cash? And why not just one thing, it will be convenient for me," in such an aggressive atmosphere, I was even afraid to ask and clarify something else. I put 2/5 for the reception, although they smeared a lot of liquids on my face, but they served me. Regarding the quality of books and the cost - 5/5. Praise Total 3.5/5, but I'm reducing it to 3 for maintenance. If I were in a less peaceful and more aggressive mood, I would not be too lazy to write a couple of complaints purely for the service
